We are looking for the following for our customers in Kalsdorf:
Thermal Simulation Engineer (m/w/d)
Your tasks:
- Explore, innovate, and validate cutting-edge technologies that shape the future of mobility
- Develop innovative concepts for next-generation battery systems
- Perform 3D thermal simulation (FE/CFD) of cooling systems for automotive batteries
- Calculate gas release behavior of battery cells and its impact on the overall system
- Develop models for thermodynamic systems
Your profile:
- Completed technical degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, energy technology, physics)
- Experience in the thermal design of components
- Software skills for thermodynamic calculations (mostly in 3D), e.g. STAR-CCM+, Ansys Fluent, Matlab, Python
- Self-motivated, curious and driven by impact
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in interdisciplinary teams
- German language skills are a plus, but not mandatory
Payment:
The minimum salary is € 53.500,-- brutto/year (full-time); depending on the education or professional experience, there is the possibility of overpayment.
