Our customer is a newly formed joint venture and innovative provider of individualized software solutions for the asset, lifecycle and maintenance management of rail infrastructures. Customers are internationally known companies in the public transport sector who need these solutions for daily operations. To strengthen their software engineering team at the new headquarters in Graz, we are looking for an experienced:

Software Project Lead (f/m/x) Graz I Full-time



Your responsibilites:

  • Together with the experienced developer team, you will take full supervision and manage projects with our customers and partners.
  • Plan work assignments internally and on site in coordination with the stakeholders.
  • Monitor the implementation in the individual project phases - especially cost, schedule and quality control (project controlling) and apply corrective measures if necessary.
  • Support presales activities such as the presentation of product demos and requirements analysis as well as the preparation of offers.
  • Represent the company at the customer/partner and are the central contact person for the respective project.
  • Lead and coordinate the project team and take responsibility for your project staff, reporting directly to the management on a regular basis.

Your profile:

  • Relevant project management training and/or practical experience in managing software projects.
  • Existing know-how in the area of asset/maintenance/service management or production/automation.
  • Basic commercial and economic knowledge, willing to take on responsibility.
  • Great organisational and communication skills; customer-oriented approach with top-notch negotiating skills.
  • Goal-oriented professional, willing to travel to customers in order to align projects.
  • Very good knowledge of English (B2).
