- Project Management: Lead and deliver assigned projects and tasks, ensuring adherence to defined scope, budget, and quality standards. Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date project documentation, perform risk assessments, and develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Facilitation: Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops, continuously developing moderation skills to ensure efficient and goal-oriented workshop outcomes.
- Change & Transformation Facilitation: Analyze stakeholder landscapes to support change initiatives. Serve as a communication bridge across project teams, departments, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensuring that IT practices and systems in his/her responsibility comply with global standards as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Accountability for areas of the global IT’s frontend, including global service desk, demand management, and IT PMO including IT portfolio management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT internal and external stakeholders, executives, and other departments, to ensure that the IT strategy aligns with business goals. This includes accountability for IT Business Partners for business units and the group with a special focus on group functions such as Controlling, Finance, HR, Legal, R&D, and others.
- Act as interface between business and backend services, owning the communication and stakeholder matrix.
- Adhere to corporate IT governance frameworks, specifically following the COBIT processes, guidelines and architecture. All activities that guarantee the fulfilment of the SLA’s that have been confirmed by our customers.

- Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für das Finanzmanagement des Produktionsstandortes Österreich sowie der Prokura inklusive der Betreuung sowie Steuerung des Versicherungswesens sowie des Förderwesens in enger Zusammenarbeit mit MaklerInnen sowie dem Personalmanagement. Das Fuhrparkmanagement liegt ebenso in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
- In Ihrer beratenden Schlüsselfunktion berichten Sie direkt an die Geschäftsführung und sind die Hauptansprechperson für WirtschaftsprüferInnen, SteuerberaterInnen und Behörden sowie interne KollegInnen bei buchhalterischen und steuerlichen Fragen.
- Bereitstellung fundierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen durch Analyse und Aufbereitung komplexer finanzieller Sachverhalte zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen und Umsetzung innovativer Lösungen.
- Sie sorgen für Abschlusssicherheit indem Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team die korrekten monatlichen, vierteljährlichen sowie jährlichen (konsolidierte) Abschlüsse nach UGB sicherstellen. Ebenso gewährleisten Sie die Einhaltung aller relevanter Finanzvorschriften und Steuergesetze und wirken bei Konzernabschlüssen mit.
- Die Sicherstellung von Transparenz und der finanziellen Steuerung durch eine klare Finanz- und Ertragsdarstellung, inklusive Liquiditätsplanung und -management liegen ebenso in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich wie die regelmäßige Erstellung und Analyse der Finanzberichte, die (Weiter-)Entwicklung steuerungsrelevanter KPIs und Optimierung des Reporting-Systems.

- Kontinuierliche Finanz- und Liquiditätssteuerung. Verantwortung der laufenden Finanz- und Liquiditätsplanung (kurz-, mittel- und langfristig, inkl. Abweichungsanalysen).
- Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für den Budgetierungsprozess sowie das Werksreporting.
