Your Responsibilities

Prepare for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including group consolidation and reporting -
Implement external accounting regulations and internal management reporting requirements -
Serve as the contact person for external and internal partners, supporting the accounting and controlling teams of AT&S with system issues -
Assist the administrator of legal consolidation and reporting software with management tasks and day-to-day operations -
Participate in projects within the group accounting department

- Abhaltung von bzw. Mitarbeit bei Lehrveranstaltungen
- Verfassen einer Dissertation im Themengebiet Business Analytics innerhalb von 4 Jahren
- Konzipieren, erstellen und evaluieren von Forschungsprototypen mit Hilfe von existierenden Softwarepaketen
- Betreuung von Studierenden bei Projektarbeiten und Co-Betreuung von Abschlussarbeiten
- Einreichen von wissenschaftlichen Artikeln bei internationalen Fachzeitschriften und Konferenzen
- Teilnahme an und Vortragstätigkeit auf internationalen Kongressen
- Zusammenarbeit mit einem internationalen Netzwerk aus WissenschaftlerInnen im Bereich Business Analytics and Data Science

- Independently manage and grow a portfolio of small business customers, overseeing the full L2O and O2C process.
- Execute and manage the end-to-end L2O process for assigned customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Act as the primary commercial contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting pricing, quotations, and customer communication
- Coordinate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update SAP master data (customer, material, pricing) and external customer tools (e.g., JIRA, ARIBA)
- Support commercial activities including price negotiations, credit checks, KPI tracking, and customer surveys
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, reporting insights, and proactively managing customer feedback and complaints
