Ihre Aufgaben
- Social Media Management: Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (z. B. Instagram) sowie der Mitarbeiter:innen-App.
- Marketing- und PR-Maßnahmen: Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Steiermark weiten Kampagnen und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen.
- Podcast „Menschlichkeit zum Mitnehmen“: Aktive Mitgestaltung bei unserem offiziellen Podcast, der 2025 startet – von Konzeptideen für Episoden bis zur Content-Erstellung.
- Event-Management: Unterstützung bei der Planung und Organisation von internen und externen Veranstaltungen.
- Content Creation: Entwicklung kreativer Inhalte, wie Blogartikel, Videos oder Infografiken, die unsere Botschaft nach außen tragen.
- Markenkommunikation: Mitwirkung an der Positionierung und Weiterentwicklung der Marken „Diakonie de La Tour“ und „de La Tour Schulen“ in der Steiermark.

- Support the migration of knowledge to our digital knowledge bases, ensuring that all migrated content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to our customers
- Work closely with global module owners for digital knowledge to ensure that content is accurate, complete, and consistent across all regions
- Collaborate with the knowledge management team to create and improve knowledge management articles, conducting research and gathering information to support the development of high-quality articles
- Consult with various stakeholders, including HR partners and employees worldwide, to understand their needs and preferences, gathering feedback and suggestions to inform knowledge management decisions
- Participate in testing and providing feedback on new implementations and improvements to our digital knowledge bases, collaborating with the knowledge management team
- Support the development of new features and functionalities to enhance the employee experience, working closely with the knowledge management team to prioritize and implement changes
- Create presentations on knowledge topics, including designing slides, developing content, and editing materials

- Hauptverantwortliche Konfiguration und Betrieb des Microsoft 365 Tenants (u.a. Konfiguration von Funktionen und Sicherheitsrichtlinien)
- Hauptverantwortliche Evaluierung, Auswahl und Einführung sowie in weiterer Folge Betrieb von Microsoft 365 Produkten
- Betriebsführung und Betreuung der KAGes-weiten Windows Server Infrastruktur (u.a. Microsoft Active Directory)
- Übernahme von Rufbereitschaftsdiensten (mit entsprechender Zulage) und Mitwirkung von geplanten Wartungsarbeiten auch außerhalb der Normalarbeitszeit
