- Betreuung, Support und Einrichtung unserer Unified Communication, basierend auf Skype4Business und unseres Content Management Typo3
- Selbstständiges Lösen aller Kundenanfragen und Problemstellungen im Bereich Unified Communication und im Bereich Content Management Typo3 über Telefon, E-Mail und über ein Ticketsystem
- Tausch bzw. Aufstellungen von Telefonen, Headsets – die von Ihnen eingerichtet und neu konfiguriert werden
- Professioneller Sofort-Support (ggf. unter Zuhilfenahme von Fernwartung bzw. Weiterleitung an den 2nd-Level-Support)

Plan how to adopt the landscape with new building blocks, define transition paths and develop target architectures mapped with strategic objectives -
Design high-level architecture solutions within the domain. Define, manage and communicate architectural artefacts including diagrams, documentation, guidelines and principles for building, integrating and maintaining solutions -
Implement risk management through the management of critical interfaces and end-of-life technologies -
Define landscape inventory, central managed architecture and technical guidelines and decision log. Create landscape reports on demand -
Validate and approve architectural concepts from projects, buy-in solutions, as well as new development or infrastructure technology regarding its fit to the overall architectural landscape -
Work closely with business stakeholders, projects teams and other Architects

Your future responsibilities
- Acquisition of R&D projects for Embedded Systems with focus on Edge-AI / Embedded AI and RISC-V accelerator development (VLSI)
- Supporting the acquisition of R&D projects for other SAL divisions in collaboration with other business developers
- Researching strategic business opportunities and directions (incl. finding new markets)
- Co-developing the division’s research strategy with senior researchers – you will provide current trends and expected developments in industry, identifying opportunities and challenges
- Key accounting for premium partners
- Developing & shaping service offerings for contract research with the team
- Liaising with Marketing/PR and researchers for marketing campaigns, updates to the division’s website, planning conference visits and demonstrations
- Representing the division at events (internally, externally)
- Attending conferences, meetings, industry events
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
