Gesamtverantwortung von Geschäftsideen: von der Analyse über die kreative Konzeptionierung und Pilotierung bis hin zur erfolgreichen Implementierung Freude an der (Mit-)Verantwortung über das Umsatzwachstum sowie über Projektverantwortung in der Planung, Koordination bis hin zur Markteinführung von Geschäftsideen Mitarbeit am Geschäftsmodell und konsequente Ausrichtung aller strategischen Aktivitäten auf die gegenwärtigen und künftigen Markterfordernisse Mitarbeit an technischen Entwicklungsprojekten und Umsetzung verschiedener Aufgabenpakete Freude an der Pilotierung unserer Geschäftsideen und der engen Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Hörakustiker*innen und Kund*innen Zusammenarbeit mit externen und internen Stakeholdern, um potenzielle neue Wachstumsbereiche auszuloten

- Strategische Analyse von Markt- und Kundentrends sowie Identifizierungen von Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
- Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen mit einem klaren Fokus auf Strategie, Konzeptentwicklung und wirkungsvolle und Kommunikation
- Leitung von und aktive Mitarbeit in Business Development-Projekten - von der Entwicklung innovativer Value Propositions bis hin zur erfolgreichen Implementierung
- Identifikation von Innovationspotentialen und aktive Weiterentwicklung unseres Geschäftsmodells
- Anwendung von innovativen Value Proposition- und Business Design-Ansätzen
- Komplexe Inhalte zielgruppengerecht aufbereiten und überzeugende, visuell ansprechende Präsentationen für interne und externe Stakeholder erstellen
