Lead the planning and execution of global projects to ensure alignment with financial objectives and company strategies by setting clear project goals, timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams. -
Exercise economic control over projects to maintain financial health and minimize risks by analyzing project financials, identifying potential risks, and proposing mitigation strategies. -
Coordinate the global controlling team in digitalization to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy by implementing effective techniques and tools. -
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls across the entities at AT&S. Optimize efficiency, minimize risk, and support business growth. -
Manage and coordinate data management and analytic projects within the controlling organization.
