Ihre Aufgaben
- Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung prozessunterstützender IT Abläufe im Bereich Logistik/Materialplanung und Materialwirtschaft
- Erarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten für die IT Unterstützung auf Basis der Anforderungen aus dem Fachbereich sowie Implementierung von Informationsverbreitungsprozessen in den entsprechenden IT Systemen
- Eigenständige Durchführung von IT Projekten inkl. Projektleitung und Projektmanagement
- Prozess- und Systemexperte, zentrale Ansprechperson für Logistik/Materialplanung und Materialwirtschaft gegenüber dem Fachbereich sowie internationalen Kunden

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sparring-Partner für Führungskräfte und erste Ansprechperson für aller MitarbeiterInnen in sämtlichen HR-Fragestellungen
- Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung des Recruitingprozesses (inkl. Onboarding)
- Begleitung entlang des Employee Life Cycle von Eintritt bis Austritt
- Operative und administrative HR-Aufgaben (z.B. Reporting, Personalcontrolling, Präsentationen, Vertragsmanagement, etc)
- Konzeption und Umsetzung diverser lokaler und globaler HR-Projekte (Personalentwicklung inkl. Succession Planning, Job Architecture, usw).

- Ensuring that IT practices and systems in his/her responsibility comply with global standards as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Accountability for areas of the global IT’s frontend, including global service desk, demand management, and IT PMO including IT portfolio management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT internal and external stakeholders, executives, and other departments, to ensure that the IT strategy aligns with business goals. This includes accountability for IT Business Partners for business units and the group with a special focus on group functions such as Controlling, Finance, HR, Legal, R&D, and others.
- Act as interface between business and backend services, owning the communication and stakeholder matrix.
- Adhere to corporate IT governance frameworks, specifically following the COBIT processes, guidelines and architecture. All activities that guarantee the fulfilment of the SLA’s that have been confirmed by our customers.
