PMO - Tools & Reporting Specialist (f/m/d)

As PMO - Tools & Reporting Specialist, you will support project governance by designing and maintaining dashboards, tools, and reports that enhance visibility and control. This role involves analyzing project data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities, enabling informed decision-making and driving continuous optimization across initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement dashboards, reports, and KPIs to ensure consistent project tracking and performance visibility.
• Maintain and improve governance tools, templates, and databases to support standardized project execution.
• Lead tool rollouts and training initiatives, including the creation of user guides and onboarding materials.
• Automate and streamline documentation and tracking processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Analyze project data to identify trends and risks, and communicate insights through clear visualizations for informed decision-making.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project reporting, data analysis, or PMO support roles.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and modify macros (VBA) for automation and reporting.
• Proficient in written and verbal English (German or other language is a plus
