Was macht uns aus
- Ganzheitliche hochspezialisierte pflegerische Versorgung von pulmonologischen Patient*innen im stationären Setting
- Eigenverantwortliche Diagnostik, Planung, Organisation, Durchführung, Kontrolle und Evaluierung aller pflegerischen Maßnahmen (Pflegeprozess)
- Durchführung von medizinisch-diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen
- Verabreichung von Antikörpertherapien und Chemotherapien
- Therapie- und Symptommanagement sämtlicher Antikörpertherapien und Chemotherapien
- Patient*innenbetreuung,-beobachtung und -überwachung nach invasiven Eingriffen (Bronchoskopien, Punktionen, Rechtsherzkatheter, etc.)
- Beratung und Unterstützung von Patient*innen und Angehörigen inkl. Schulung und Entwicklung von Bewältigungsstrategien nach onkologischen Therapien (Prävention, Nebenwirkungsmanagement)
- Beratung und Schulung von Patient*innen und Angehörigen im Rahmen von Inhalationstherapien, Verabreichung von Sauerstoff insbesondere Handling von Heimsauerstoff bzw. Umgang mit Konzentratoren
- Anleitung und Kontrolle von Auszubildenden und Unterstützungskräften
- Aktive Mitwirkung im Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement, beim Bestellmanagement und beim Hygienemanagement
- Aktive Unterstützung und Mitarbeit bei wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten
