Ihre Aufgaben:
- KUNDENBETREUUNG VOR ORT / Papier-, Verpackungs- und Zellstoffindustrie, primär in Österreich, zum geringen Teil in EU Nachbarländern / Die Tätigkeiten umfassen: Inspektion und Kalibrierung von Messeinrichtungen unter Berücksichtigung der Prüfabläufe in Industrie- und Forschungslaboratorien. Eigenständigkeit und Geschick bei Problemlösungen. Troubleshooting gemeinsam mit Auftraggeberin und Hilfestellung bei Evaluierung von Prüfergebnissen. Auswertung der Messergebnisse und Dokumentation der Vorgangsweise im Rahmen der akkreditierten Prüfstelle. Dabei wird ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein erwartet, da die erzielten Messwerte zur Regelung der Produktion herangezogen werden.
- VERWALTUNG DER DAFÜR NOTWENDIGEN PRÜFMITTELN UND VORRICHTUNGEN / Die Tätigkeiten umfassen: Eigenständige Beschaffung von geeigneten Prüfmitteln. Eigenständige Konstruktion der dafür erforderlichen Vorrichtungen und Begleitung der Fertigung (Institutswerkstatt oder Zukauf). Validierung der Prüfmittel und Vorrichtungen für den praktischen Einsatz für die akkreditierten Prüfverfahren und Einschätzung der Messunsicherheit. Verantwortlich für die Durchführung der messtechnischen Rückführung auf nationale bzw. internationale Vergleichsnormale (Bundesamt für Eich- und Vermessungswesen). Selbstständige Erstellung der dafür erforderlichen Dokumentation.
- VOR- UND NACHBEREITUNG DER EINZELNEN AUFTRÄGE / Die Tätigkeiten umfassen: Erstellung der Kostenvoranschläge sowie die Beratung der Auftraggeberin bei der Erfassung des Prüfumfanges und die Terminisierung der Prüfmittelüberwachung. Auftragsbezogene Vor- und Nachbereitungen wie folgt: Kontrolle und Aktualisierung der bereitgestellten Prüfprotokolle sowie Zusammenstellung und Transport der erforderlichen Prüfmittel (Messausrüstung). Erstellung von Prüfberichte nach EN ISO/IEC 17025 im Zuge der an der TU Graz bzw. der am Institut akkreditierten Prüfstelle. Praxis auf dem Gebiet der Mess- und Prüftechnik von Vorteil aber nicht Bedingung.

- Lead and manage the AISS service development lifecycle, encompassing demand collection (top-down, bottom-up, and external perspectives), prioritization, project assignment, and capability integration, in alignment with the AT&S Roadmap process
- Own and continuously enhance the AISS service development framework, ensuring it remains efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee the maintenance and evolution of the AISS service toolbox, ensuring all offerings are current, relevant, and aligned with business needs
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for service development initiatives, ensuring adherence to defined processes and successful fulfillment of implementation requirements
- Engage and align with stakeholders across business units and group functions, driving collaboration to achieve service integration targets and establishing key performance indicators to measure success
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts involving departments such as R&D, Corporate IT, and Technology and Innovation to ensure timely delivery of agreed objectives and milestones
- Plan and lead promotional initiatives (e.g., VirtualFirst) to drive adoption and integration of AISS services into AT&S processes and daily operations
