Specialist Corporate CoE Data Processes & Tool - HR Projects (f/m/d)
In this interesting role, you will be a dedicated expert in the discipline of Data, Processes & Tools to support the elaboration & implementation of an organization-wide HR process landscape (policies & procedures), and to handle different HR IT projects. You will work on new global HR-IT systems implementation according to HR(-IT) strategy under intensive collaboration with IT (Employee Central). Additionally, you will advise on tools/systems improvements to ensure globally standardized and enhanced user experience perspective.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure harmonized systems/interfaces in order to perform daily business efficiently. To respond to the changing and growing needs of our company, new, modern tools/systems are obligatory
- Take care of a project related to improvements of HR tools/ systems
- Take part in testing new tools/systems and ensure the new tools/systems work correctly and as desired
- SuccessFactors suite design, SuccessFactors suite testing and documentation, as well as training of end-users
- Collaborate with business to understand existing problems and opportunities, resolve problems where possible
- Design and establish meaningful global metrics and dashboards
- Participate in special projects in Corporate HR
- Advise on tools/systems improvements to ensure globally standardised and enhanced user experience perspective
- Focus on HR process re-design and process documentation in line with the AT&S process documentation guidelines
- Closely collaborate with the Business Process Management function of AT&S
Your Profile
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in human resources, business administration or related field
- 4-5 years of HR experience in a global environment including Implementation of Tools, project management and knowledge of HR IT landscapes and implementation
- Very strong Change and Project Management skills
- Very strong IT skills and deep understanding of HR IT
- Organizational skills and detail-orientation
- HR/IT specialist or project manager - HR experience in a global environment including Implementation of Tools, project management and knowledge of HR IT landscapes and implementation
- Understanding of HR Processes & Tools
- Understanding of IT systems landscape, eg SAP Successfactors, EC or similar
- Writing skills to develop user documentation
- Business analytics capabilities and analytical thinking
- Intercultural competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German preferred)

Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries, take individual qualifications and experience into consideration and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
