- Kenntnisse bei der Anwendung der relevanten Produktnormen (z.B. EN 13480 Reihe, AD 2000 Merkblätter, EN 1090-1 bzw. -2, ggf. ASME BPE)
- Kenntnisse in zerstörungsfreien Prüfverfahren (Sichtprüfung, Eindringprüfung, Durchstrahlungsprüfung, Ultraschallprüfung, Magnetpulverprüfung), vorzugsweise zertifiziert nach ISO 9712 (mind. Stufe 2)

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate 8D processes for customer complaints, ensuring timely submission and effective corrective actions
- Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding quality-related topics and inquiries
