Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:
- Entwickeln und operatives Betreuen des übernommenen Produktportfolios unter dem Motto „von der Idee ins Regal“
- Damit verbunden die internationale Lieferantenrecherche und Ermittlung von potenziellen Einkaufsmärkten für Ihr Sortiment
- Umsetzen von individuellen Kunden- und Produktanforderungen mit unseren internationalen Lieferanten
- Bearbeiten von Ausschreibungen, Einholen und Aufbereiten von Lieferantenangeboten
- Gestalten und Weiterentwickeln von Verpackungsdesigns
- Produktauslobung auf Etiketten und Verpackung in Zusammenarbeit mit Werbeagenturen
- Erstellen von Präsentationen, Analysen und Auswertungen
- Verwalten der Produktstammdaten
- Arbeiten mit kundenspezifischen Portalen

- Lead internal work packages, projects, and project teams in line with the AT&S Innovation Process (e.g. Stage Gate Process)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute technical requirements and equipment within assigned work packages
- Represent AT&S towards internal and external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, partners, business units, and funding agencies
- Identify, plan, and drive customer-related product development projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical execution
- Monitor and screen new technologies, processes, and products relevant to R&D
- Support the protection and further development of intellectual property (IP)
- Motivate, coordinate, and support national and international project teams to ensure successful outcomes

Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Operative Liniensteuerung zur Sicherstellung von Lieferterminen, Mengen und Produktionszielen
- Übersetzung des Produktionsplans in klare Vorgaben an die Produktion zu Prioritäten, Reihenfolge, Mengen, Terminen und kritischen Aufträgen sowie Überwachung der Umsetzung
- Laufender Abgleich von Plan-Ist-Zustand und relevanten Produktionsrisiken sowie Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses -zwischen Produktion, Planung und Industrial Engineering zur schnellen Klärung von Abweichungen
- Analyse von Planabweichungen und Unterstützung bei Maßnahmen zur Planwiederherstellung durch Bewertung geeigneter Handlungsszenarien, Umsetzung des angepassten Produktionsplans und Nachverfolgung der Wirksamkeit
- Schnittstelle zu Produktion, Planung, Einkauf, Logistik, Customer Service, Sales, Product Engineering und Qualität bei Prioritätsfragen, Planabweichungen, Materialthemen und Terminänderungen durch Bereitstellung aktueller Informationen zu Materialstatus, Kapazität, WIP, Engpässen, Ausführungsstand, Terminmachbarkeit und Materialrisiken
- Erstellung und Auswertung relevanter Kennzahlen zu Planerfüllung, WIP, Rückstand, Engpassstatus, Terminrisiken und Liniensteuerung
- Pflege planungsrelevanter Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten in SAP/MES sowie Unterstützung bei Fehlerbehebung
- Mitwirkung an Verbesserungsprojekten zur Optimierung von Liniensteuerung, Planungsprozessen, SAP/MES-Nutzung und Produktionsfluss

- Lead and develop the production plating team in a continuous five‑shift operation
- Plan and steer production and staffing to meet output, quality, cost, and schedule targets
- Apply 6S and Lean principles to standardize processes and reduce work‑in‑progress
- Ensure full compliance with EHS, foreign material prevention and all personnel & product protection standards
- Support the introduction and optimization of the MES system
- Monitor KPIs, perform audits and initiate corrective actions when needed
- Maintain clear, consistent production documentation (e.g., shift handover checklists)
- Coordinate closely with internal partners regarding production status, maintenance requirements, and run rates
- Hiring production operators from diverse educational backgrounds and ensuring they receive effective, structured onboarding and technical training.
