Deine Aufgaben
- Du betreust MS D365 F/O sowohl technisch als auch prozessual und bist die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Fachbereich und unseren externen Implementierungspartner:innen.
- Auf Basis der Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen erstellst du technische Spezifikationen.
- Du unterstützt Gap-Fit-Workshops, analysierst bestehende Geschäftsprozesse im Altsystem und leitest daraus die Zielprozesse in MS D365 F/O ab.
- Gemeinsam mit dem ERP-Team besprichst und evaluierst du bestehende Abläufe und Prozesse aus dem Altsystem.
- Du entwickelst das System kontinuierlich weiter, analysierst Fehler und optimierst interne Prozesse – immer mit einem langfristigen, strategischen Blick.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der IT und unseren externen Dienstleister:innen planst und steuerst du die Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen sowie deren Tests.
- Du übernimmst das Change-, Release- und Problem-Management.
- Du führst Schulungen für Anwender:innen und Key-User in MS D365 F/O durch.

- Data extraction and transformation: Connect to data sources (SAP FI/CO, BW, Data Fabric, Excel-based repositories), extract relevant data sets, and prepare them for analysis and reporting.
- Analytics & reporting: Build standardized reports and dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to support functional and management-level decision-making.
- Automation & scripting: Streamline and automate manual reporting tasks using Python, Power Query, or other tools to reduce effort and increase reliability.
- Be the data guardian: Regularly validate data quality, spot inconsistencies, and proactively address reporting issues before they become problems.
- Collaborate across the map: Work with mainly Functional Corporate Controllers as well as BU, and Plant levels - across multiple countries — to ensure a consistent and unified view of performance.
- Drive continuous improvement: Constantly look for ways to make our data landscape faster, smarter, and more resilient. Act as the first point of contact for data governance issues and reporting improvement initiatives.

- Define target product specifications of SiC JFET variants for hotswap, Oring, protection switch and circuit breaker applications
- Be the main technical interface to the development and go-to-market teams during the product development and post product launch stages respectively
- Develop application evaluation platforms for product validation and customer promotion
- Perform measurements based on fit for use plan to validate the suitability of SiC JFET based solutions in applications environment and document the relevant results
- Run performance benchmarking tests of internal and external products
- Prepare the product datasheets; develop product and application literature such as application notes, technical articles, promotion material, webinars etc.
- Provide global product support for the customer design-in projects
- Run simulations to replicate real application use scenarios and derive analyses
- Cascade customer feedback to internal development teams

- Conduction of literature reviews on quantum sensing and SiC color-center-defect technologies
- Development and implementation of simulation models to predict sensor performance
- Investigation of novel quantum centers for quantum sensing, device simulation, implementation, characterization, system architecture, and fabrication

- Collaboration with researchers and engineers to refine sensor designs
- Documentation and presentation of findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Be part of product development projects for power electronic transistors: Define the right-fit product and technology requirements matching to application trends and customer needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features, understand trade-offs and key limitations ensuring that new products meet the evolving demands of the automotive industry
- Contribute to technical design-in activities at major automotive customers with our high voltage SiC and IGBT chip products
- Closely collaborate with our regional field application engineering teams
