Ihre künftige Rolle
- Überwachung und Bearbeitung von Qualitätsthemen im Zuge der Produktionstätigkeit
- Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von produktivitätssteigernden Maßnahmen
- Verantwortung für die Leistungs- und Fertigunsüberwachung sowie Meldung von Terminverzögerungen
- Kontrolle der Wartungen von Maschinen, Anlagen und Formgebungswerkzeugen
- Personalführung im unterstellten Bereich inklusiv Führung von Mitarbeitergesprächen
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen
- TPM Weiterentwicklung im Bereich inkl. Durchführung regelmäßiger Audits
- Aktive Führung von Shopfloor
- Halter der Giftbezugslizenz im Betrieb

- Specify and qualify new equipment and tooling, including supplier evaluation.
- Ensure process stability through statistical process control (SPC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in daily operations.
- Support new product introduction and technology ramp-up.
