- Du übernimmst operative Optimierungen im Netzwerkdesign
- Du kümmerst Dich um die Behebung von Störungen innerhalb der Netzwerkinfrastruktur
- Du pflegst Monitoring und Netzwerkmanagementsysteme
- Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team arbeitest Du an der Inbetriebnahme von Standorten, hilfst bei der Projektbetreuung, Konzeption, und Administration komplexer Netzwerklösungen im LAN, WLAN und SDN-Bereich
- Du freust Dich auf die Unterstützung deiner Kolleg:innen bei der Konzeptionierung und Realisierung von Migrationsszenarien auf neue Netzwerkinfrastrukturen

Was macht uns aus
- Hauptverantwortliche Konfiguration und Betrieb des Microsoft 365 Tenants (u.a. Konfiguration von Funktionen und Sicherheitsrichtlinien)
- Hauptverantwortliche Evaluierung, Auswahl und Einführung sowie in weiterer Folge Betrieb von Microsoft 365 Produkten
- Betriebsführung und Betreuung der KAGes-weiten Windows Server Infrastruktur (u.a. Microsoft Active Directory)
- Übernahme von Rufbereitschaftsdiensten (mit entsprechender Zulage) und Mitwirkung von geplanten Wartungsarbeiten auch außerhalb der Normalarbeitszeit
- Optimale Betreuung der Anwender*Innen (2nd und 3rd Level Support) sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den applikationsverantwortlichen Mitarbeiter*innen
- Einhaltung der Regelungen zur Informationssicherheit (z.B. Verfahrensanweisungen) basierend auf ISO 27001

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Abgeschlossene IT-Lehre oder fortgeschrittene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich (HTL, techn. Matura, tech. Bakk/Master Studium), eine vergleichbare einschlägige Qualifikation oder äquivalente berufliche Praxis
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch mindestens auf Niveau B2

- Scout, screen, evaluate, qualify, and handle new equipment, ensuring careful handling under all relevant safety aspects and requirements.
- Perform calibration, analysis, and cleaning work according to plans, maintaining equipment in good condition for development work.
- Support the execution of trials and DOEs, manufacture sample batches and prototypes, and perform measurement and inspection tasks to advance processes and products.
- Represent responsible tasks in projects and equipment vis-à-vis internal parties, taking over responsibility for the performed work.
- Protect intellectual property related to AT&S activities.
