Deine Aufgaben
- Betreuung, Implementierung und Anpassung von IT-Systemen sowie Standard-Softwarelösungen bei Neu- und Bestandskunden (remote oder vor Ort in Österreich)
- Unterstützung von Anwendern durch technischen Support (remote oder vor Ort in Österreich)
- Analyse und Optimierung bestehender IT-Prozesse, um einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb sicherzustellen
- Erstellung und Pflege von IT-Dokumentationen, technischen Handbüchern und Projektreports
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen, Kunden und externen Partnern, um technische Anforderungen zu definieren und umzusetzen
- Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten

Ihre Aufgaben
- Selbstständige Implementierung & Inbetriebnahme sowie Betrieb der aktiven und passiven Netzwerkinfrastruktur im Industrie Umfeld am Campus Linz
- Konsequente Umsetzung der konzernalen Standards und Designvorgaben im LAN- und WLAN-Umfeld
- Technische Dokumentation und Monitoring des Netzwerkes
- Bearbeitung von Störungen und Anforderungen als 2nd & 3rd Level Support
- Sicherstellung und Einhaltung von SLAs
- Einstieg in das bestehende 24x7 Bereitschaftsrad

- Develop new voltages classes and broadening the functionality of the existing products
- Support the ramp up and yield learning phase of new technology platforms like CoolMOS or CoolSiC together with the process integration group
- Closely collaborate with PSS production management, unit process and process integration engineers of FAB Villach
- Develop new MOSFET generations, define together with TCAD and application experts the features of the upcoming generations
- Define unit process requirements along the technology roadmap together with unit process development engineers
- Plan, coordinate and evaluate process experiments including statistical DoEs and ensure process window
- Implement improvement regarding cost, yield and stability with change management processes and/or technology projects

- Capture and analyze customer inputs on application and product level for the next generation Magnetic Current Sensors
- Analyze and understand relevant applications (like OBC, DCDC converters) in detail by modelling, simulation and measurements on application level to derive valuable features for best fit Magnetic Current Sensors
- Promote, explain and defend our Magnetic Sensor products to the most important Tier 1s and OEMs in Automotive Industry during Design-In activities
- Write technical documents like Data Sheets, Requirements, Manuals, Application Notes and Publications
- Perform analysis and benchmarking of competitors´ Magnetic Current Sensors as well as their support material
- Extend and develop technical training material and perform trainings for worldwide FAE colleagues and key customers to support new product launches and go to market activities
- Be the go-to person for Field Application Engineers during the world-wide Design-In of our Sensor
- Responsible for selected Application Roadmaps and Product Roadmaps
