At KAI, we create reliability test methods and systems for novel power semiconductors. For a test system in development, we plan to evaluate different methods for per-site thermal management including investigations on mixing different media of heat transportation (solid, air, liquid). Therefore, during your thesis project, we expect you to become a growing expert for temperature control and heat flow modelling, with a strong focus on System Integration and Calibration. 

Key responsibilities in your new role


This thesis has to be written in cooperation with a university.

Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: max. 8 months

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
