- Koordination aller notwendigen Aktivitäten (Reparaturen, Sanierungen, etc.) zur optimalen Gebäude- und Infrastrukturerhaltung
- Planung und Koordinierung der wiederkehrenden Überprüfungen im Bereich Gebäude
- Projektmanagement im Bereich Bau (Planung, Projektierung, Koordination von Gewerken)
- AutoCAD-Anwendungen (Pflegen und Erweitern des Planwerks sowie Visualisieren von Bauprojekten)
- Daten- und Dokumentenpflege im Bereich Gebäudetechnik / Facility (z. B. CAFM, IBLV, etc.)
- Reinigungs- und Qualitätsmanagement – Sicherstellen der Reinigungsqualität und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung sowie des damit verbundenen Qualitätswesens

- Support the implementation of customer-defined quality requirements in production
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation (e.g., Certificates of Conformance, inspection and reliability specs) and assist in customer approvals
- Coordinate internal reviews of customer specifications and facilitate issue resolution, including claims and 8D processes
- Assist in organizing customer audits and visits, ensuring smooth communication and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, NPI, QE, Laboratory) to align quality standards across all product life stages
