- Act as an internal management consultant: structure complex challenges, design strategies, and lead implementation to deliver measurable business results
- Work on global, cross‑functional initiatives spanning innovation, operational excellence, organizational transformation, and technology‑driven growth
- Collaborate with senior leaders and international teams across Austria, China, India, Malaysia, and beyond
- Apply advanced analytics and GenAI tools to elevate problem‑solving, scenario modeling, and decision support
- Gain deep technical understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and high‑end substrate technologies while driving strategic change

YOUR TASKS
- Analyse, Konzeption und Implementierung vielseitiger SAP-Projekte – inklusive nationaler und internationaler Rollouts im Umfeld der SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Systemlandschaft mit Schwerpunkt Finance und enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und IT
- Dokumentation und Durchführung von Integrationstests sowie eigenständige Umsetzung von Change Requests
- Zentrale Rolle bei der standortübergreifenden Harmonisierung von Prozessen und Systemen im Finance-Umfeld
- Eigenständiges Customizing der Finance-Prozesse in der SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

- Planung, Installation und Wartung von IT-Lösungen
- Aufbau und Betreuung von Netzwerk- und Serverlösungen
- Eigenständige Abwicklung von IT-Projekten im KMU-Bereich
- Umsetzung von Public und Private Cloud-Lösungen
- Unterstützung und Beratung unserer Kunden

Ihre Aufgaben
- Mitarbeit bei ISO 27001 IT-Security-Themen, inkl. Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits
- Beschaffung, Verwaltung und Ausgabe von IT-Hardware (inkl. Kleinteile & Printer-Management/Konfiguration)
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Applikationen
- Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei fachbereichsspezifischen Anwendungen (z.B. ISI, Merlin)

- Translate strategic goals into executable workstreams, ensuring clarity on milestones, interdependencies, and ownership.

- Consolidate and validate improvement measures and project benefits to ensure target realization and transparency toward senior management.
- Continuously evolve PMO tools and methodologies, leveraging best practices from consulting and transformation programs to raise program maturity.
- Promote a performance and learning culture – connecting global teams, sharing success stories, and embedding AT&S principles into the organization.
- Act as a strategic partner and challenger to senior leaders, ensuring clarity, pace, and focus in program execution.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and workshops to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable results.
- Continuously evolve the transformation framework, embedding best practices, performance culture, and execution excellence across sites.
