- Profit & revenue-responsibility for defined accounts incl. review of budget vs. actual
- Contract review, pricing and price review in accordance with internal guidelines
- Optimize accounts in terms of products, growth, price, technology, service & quality
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business

- Develop and execute a digitalization roadmap aligned with organizational goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, RPA, IoT, data analytics) relevant to the business domain

- Development and implementation of a robust production planning and control system ensuring alignment with corporate standards and production readiness
- Oversight of manufacturing order releases and requisitions securing cross-departmental synchronization and achievement of sales, utilization, and financial targets
- Management of the master production schedule ensuring accuracy through bottleneck identification, cross-functional alignment, and timely corrective actions
- Collaboration with Purchasing to identify material risks early and execute mitigation measures to maintain schedule integrity
- Coordination with Order Management to develop recovery scenarios and safeguard customer delivery timelines during disruptions
- Leadership of shop floor planning ensuring balanced workload release to maintain flow and efficiency

Ihre Aufgaben
- Steuerung einkaufsbezogener Nachhaltigkeits- und Reportingaktivitäten innerhalb der Business Unit sowie Unterstützung der lokalen Tochtergesellschaften
- Koordination bei der Implementierung und dem Roll-out von IT-Tools und IT-Entwicklungen zur Unterstützung des Einkaufsprozesses innerhalb der Einkaufsstruktur der Business Unit
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung des globalen Einkaufsprozesses
- Mitarbeit an konzernweiten, divisionalen und Business-Unit-spezifischen Einkaufsprojekten
- Erstellung laufender Analysen und Reports auf Basis von Einkaufsdaten
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Warengruppenstrategien, Mitwirkung an der Strukturierung der Einkaufsorganisation sowie Schnittstellenfunktion zu Lead Buyern und lokalen Einheiten
