- Produkt- & Kundendatenmanagement:
Pflege, Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung der E-Commerce Plattformen in WordPress, 1Tool, Shopify u.w. - E-Commerce-Strategie & Roadmap:
Planung von Kampagnen, Definition und Auswertung von A/B-Tests sowie Umsetzung von learnings. - Newsletter-Marketing:
Konzeption, Umsetzung und Analyse von Newsletter-Journeys mit Fokus auf Segmentierung und Performance (insbesondere Mailchimp). - Traffic- & Conversion-Optimierung:
Analyse von Reports aus GA4, Matomo, Business Suite sowie CRM/ERP und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen.
