- Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der bestehenden IT Infrastruktur/Netzwerk und der Applikationslandschaft
- Führung und Motivation des IT Teams
- Leitung und Durchführung von IT-Projekten im Bereich Office IT und Produktion IT
- Koordination und Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der vereinbarten Service Levels
- Budgetverantwortung und Kostenplanung des IT Budgets
- Verantwortung der IT KPIs und deren Reporting
- Abstimmung mit dem HQ im Bereich IT Security, IT Infrastruktur und der Umsetzung der Vorgaben des HQ

- Leading Project(s) and project teams, assure execution of the Work Packages according to plans, and within allocated Budgets to reduce development risk for AT&S.
- Representation of AT&S vis-à-vis internal and external parties in all project related aspects (customers, suppliers, partners, Business Units, funding agencies etc.)
- Protection of IP out of above mentioned development projects.
- Keeping an overview on all technological developments in and outside of AT&S in the greater area of the project and the main area of expertise.

Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for defined accounts including profit and revenue responsibility
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customer and coordinate all customer relevant activities within AT&S
- Contract review, pricing and price review according to internal guidelines
- Provide management with the relevant information and updates about customer activities, competition and general market
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business

Leading the definition, analysis, and qualification of opportunities in collaboration with operational Sales. -

- Within the area of Level 2 (PCBA), taking over the responsibility for projects including design, simulation, PCB manufacturing, assembly and test
- Coordinating tasks between different organizational units of AT&S and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers)
- Developing and maintaining a detailed plan for project implementation including: timelines, needed resources, required technology, budget
- Engaging to resolve cross-functional issues
- Monitoring progress and performance of project, providing and aligning regular status reports to relevant stakeholders

- Have regional responsibility of pricing, collaboration with major distributors and customers to develop revenue growth plans
- Coordinate distribution asset management through inventory and resale analysis
- Develop and implement strategies for maximizing market share, revenue, and profit for specific market sectors while setting price guidelines for Field Sales
