Your Responsibilities

Prepare for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including group consolidation and reporting -
Implement external accounting regulations and internal management reporting requirements -
Serve as the contact person for external and internal partners, supporting the accounting and controlling teams of AT&S with system issues -
Assist the administrator of legal consolidation and reporting software with management tasks and day-to-day operations -
Participate in projects within the group accounting department

- Coordinating the customer success stories process & communicating towards key stake holders within the organization
- Driving regular business performance analyses & reportings towards PMG team and higher management (e.g. orders, cancellations, market development), incl. development of automated dashboards
- Driving analyses required for smooth ramp up of newly launched products (e.g. sample tracking, opportunity funnel development)
- Supporting the creation and revision of general promotion materials (e.g. customer presentations, websites, training videos) & dedicated presentations required for customer visits
- Coordinating regular team meetings within PMG team & relevant keystake holders within the organization
