Specialist IT Governance & Communication

In this role, you will ensure that IT governance structures, policies, and processes are clearly understood and effectively adopted across the organization. By translating technical requirements into accessible communication, supporting change initiatives, and strengthening governance maturity, you will help create transparency, alignment, and engagement throughout Corporate IT.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT governance frameworks, standards, and policies, ensuring clear and accessible documentation for non‑technical stakeholders
• Contribute to IT knowledge management by translating governance requirements into structured, easy‑to‑understand content
• Develop and execute communication strategies for IT initiatives, policy updates, and organizational changes, including presentations, newsletters, and stakeholder messaging
• Organize IT communication events such as global townhalls and serve as a key contact for governance‑related inquiries
• Support change management activities by creating adoption materials such as guides, FAQs, training content, and messaging for different stakeholder groups
• Facilitate governance maturity through workshops, training sessions, and readiness activities to support organization‑wide adoption

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Several years of relevant experience in IT, communications, or change management
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL, or willingness to learn and develop in this area
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into business‑friendly language
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand processes, recognize improvement opportunities, and support governance maturity
