- Lead and manage the AISS service development lifecycle, encompassing demand collection (top-down, bottom-up, and external perspectives), prioritization, project assignment, and capability integration, in alignment with the AT&S Roadmap process
- Own and continuously enhance the AISS service development framework, ensuring it remains efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee the maintenance and evolution of the AISS service toolbox, ensuring all offerings are current, relevant, and aligned with business needs
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for service development initiatives, ensuring adherence to defined processes and successful fulfillment of implementation requirements
- Engage and align with stakeholders across business units and group functions, driving collaboration to achieve service integration targets and establishing key performance indicators to measure success
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts involving departments such as R&D, Corporate IT, and Technology and Innovation to ensure timely delivery of agreed objectives and milestones
- Plan and lead promotional initiatives (e.g., VirtualFirst) to drive adoption and integration of AISS services into AT&S processes and daily operations

In your new role you will:
- Focus on methods to accurately estimate SoX of Lithium Ion Cells based on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)
- Conduct a literature review on methods for SoX estimation using EIS
- Familiarize with the basics of LIB monitoring (U/I/T) in automotive applications
- Analyze measurement data in MATLAB or Python
- Identify characteristic frequencies
- Experimentally validate results
- Compare and discuss the applied method with other approaches from the scientific literature
- Document results by writing and submitting a master’s thesis
