- Coordinate distribution asset management through inventory and resale analysis

Leading the definition, analysis, and qualification of opportunities in collaboration with operational Sales. -
Supporting customer visits to introduce AT&S products, identifying current and future needs, and driving customer engagement and development. -
Initiating and managing joint development programs. -
Working with management and operational Sales on goals, planning, and forecasting; developing business cases and maintaining short- and long-term business development plans. -
Supporting strategic market communication through technology roadshows, industry exhibits, trade shows, conferences, and campaigns. -
Collaborating across functions and business lines for product development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Planen und Aufsetzen von Projekten inkl. Zuweisung von Ressourcen, Zeitpläen und Budgets
- Erstellen und Ausschreiben den Entwicklungsauftrages
- Verantwortung und Management der Stages und Gates und deren Zeitpläne innerhalb des Produktentwicklungsprozesses
- Führung und Steuerung der Kommunikation mit Projektpartnern (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement und anderen relevanten Abteilungen), Stakeholdern und innerhalb des Projektteams
- Erstellung von Roadmaps für Produktentwicklungen
- Sehr enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Manager
- Sehr enge Zusammenarbeit und Schnittstellenfunktion mit den beteiligten Development-Departments und Procurement
- Übersetzung von Produkt-Anforderungsprofilen ind (technische) Produktanforderungen
- Koordination und Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von technischen Produktanforderungen wie z.B. Typenpläne, Variantenausprägungen, Funktionen und Eigenschaften und der zugehörigen Preisstruktur in Abstimmung mit dem Product Manager, dem Data Center und deren Development-Abteilungen
- Erkennen, Mitwirken bei der Erstellung und Einführen von neuen erforderlichen Prozessen in der Produktentwicklung

- Be part of product development projects for power electronic transistors: Define the right-fit product and technology requirements matching to application trends and customer needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features, understand trade-offs and key limitations ensuring that new products meet the evolving demands of the automotive industry
- Contribute to technical design-in activities at major automotive customers with our high voltage SiC and IGBT chip products
