Your Responsibilities
- Global Industry Positioning: Develop and execute a communications strategy positioning smaXtec as a
leading voice and shaper in the global dairy industry - Executive & Thought Leadership: Build and strengthen executive visibility through strategic narratives, media placements, and thought leadership
- Product Impact PR: Translate product innovation, data insights, and customer impact into compelling
international media stories - Industry Presence: Strengthen visibility and credibility at key global industry events and networks
- Global PR Alignment: Act as central interface between global strategy and local PR managers to ensure consistency with local relevance
- Media & Narrative Development: Drive proactive storytelling around key themes such as animal health, sustainability, and precision dairy farming

- Lead internal work packages, projects, and project teams in line with the AT&S Innovation Process (e.g. Stage Gate Process)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute technical requirements and equipment within assigned work packages
- Represent AT&S towards internal and external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, partners, business units, and funding agencies
- Identify, plan, and drive customer-related product development projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical execution
- Monitor and screen new technologies, processes, and products relevant to R&D
- Support the protection and further development of intellectual property (IP)
- Motivate, coordinate, and support national and international project teams to ensure successful outcomes

- Implement and monitor customer-defined quality requirements in production
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation (Certificates of Conformance, inspection and reliability specifications) and coordinate customer approvals
- Organize and support customer audits and visits; ensure smooth communication and execution
- Review and align internal processes with customer specifications; manage claims and 8D processes

- Manage budgeting, technical planning, and the execution of defined work packages to ensure timely and high‑quality project results that contribute to technology advancement.
- Report progress, prioritize tasks, and adjust plans as needed to secure transparency and effective decision‑making.
- Work in cross‑functional and international teams to align expertise, share knowledge, and achieve project goals collaboratively.
- Represent your technical field toward internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external project partners to ensure clarity, alignment, and professional communication.
- Operate high‑tech equipment and handle advanced electronic materials to support reliable development processes.
- Safeguard intellectual property by applying proper documentation, confidentiality, and compliance practices throughout all project activities.
- Contribute to system-level understanding by applying your technical experience, ideally with additional expertise in opto-electronic systems.
- Support the continuous improvement of internal processes, workflows, and methods.
