- Planung, Koordination und Kontrolle von Qualitätsaktivitäten während der Produktentwicklungsphase
- Sicherstellen, dass die Qualitätsanforderungen des Marktes und der Kunden erfüllt werden
- Sicherstellung präventiver Qualitätsmaßnahmen während der Produktentwicklungsphase
- Durchführung der Design-FMEA-Moderation und -Dokumentation
- Verantwortlich für die Überwachung des Problemlösungsprozesses im Programm
- Koordination von Kundenbeschwerden während der Projektentwicklungsphase
- Anlaufstelle des Kunden für Qualitätsthemen
- Verfolgung und Berichterstattung von Qualitätsrisiken/-problemen
- Erstellung von PPAP-Dokumenten

- Serve as the primary technical liaison between R&D and customer-facing teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and manage technology roadmaps aligned with customer and industry requirements
- Lead product and technology development, including materials, processes, and production lines
- Oversee project planning, team setup, milestone tracking, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with standardized project management practices
- Foster early engagement with customers to identify new technology needs
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Represent the company in technical forums and roadshows
