Ihre Aufgaben:
- Mitarbeit in aktuell laufenden Projekten sowie eigenverantwortliche Leitung zukünftiger IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekte
- Steuerung und Begleitung von IT-Vorhaben – von der Idee bis zur Überführung in den Servicebetrieb
- Strukturierte Aufnahme, Analyse und Priorisierung von Anforderungen für IT- und KI-Lösungen
- Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, internen Kund:innen und externen Dienstleistern
- Evaluierung und Auswahl geeigneter KI-Architekturen, -Plattformen und -Anwendungen
- Mitwirkung an Initiativen zur Prozessdigitalisierung sowie an der Weiterentwicklung von Services für Mitarbeiter:innen und Studierende

- Lead internal work packages, projects, and project teams in line with the AT&S Innovation Process (e.g. Stage Gate Process)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute technical requirements and equipment within assigned work packages
- Represent AT&S towards internal and external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, partners, business units, and funding agencies
- Identify, plan, and drive customer-related product development projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical execution
- Monitor and screen new technologies, processes, and products relevant to R&D
- Support the protection and further development of intellectual property (IP)
- Motivate, coordinate, and support national and international project teams to ensure successful outcomes

- Manage budgeting, technical planning, and the execution of defined work packages to ensure timely and high‑quality project results that contribute to technology advancement.
- Report progress, prioritize tasks, and adjust plans as needed to secure transparency and effective decision‑making.
- Work in cross‑functional and international teams to align expertise, share knowledge, and achieve project goals collaboratively.
- Represent your technical field toward internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external project partners to ensure clarity, alignment, and professional communication.

- Safeguard intellectual property by applying proper documentation, confidentiality, and compliance practices throughout all project activities.

- Strukturierung und Aufbau von Produktgruppen
- Erstellung und Pflege des Regelwerks (Aufbauvorlagen, Abhängigkeiten, Logiken)
- Abstimmung von Detailtätigkeiten und Anforderungen mit internen Ansprechpartnern
- Pflege und Sicherstellung der Produktdatenqualität in Infor M3 und CPQ
- Second-Level-Support bei produkt- und systembezogenen Anfragen
- Betreuung der Schnittstelle zwischen Infor M3 und CPQ

- Support the implementation of customer-defined quality requirements in production
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation (e.g., Certificates of Conformance, inspection and reliability specs) and assist in customer approvals
- Coordinate internal reviews of customer specifications and facilitate issue resolution, including claims and 8D processes
- Assist in organizing customer audits and visits, ensuring smooth communication and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, NPI, QE, Laboratory) to align quality standards across all product life stages
