Ihre Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für die interne und externe operative Abwicklung des Bestellprozesses für Ihre zugewiesenen Programme und Plattformen – vom Angebot bis zur Rechnungsstellung
- Sie überblicken wichtige einkaufsbezogene Programmkennzahlen vom Projektstart bis zum Abschluss, überwachen die Programm- und Plattformanforderungen sowie den Projektfortschritt
- Entwicklung wettbewerbsfähiger Material- und Werkzeugkosten für Kundenangebote in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Abteilungen und Sicherstellung der frühzeitigen Einbindung strategischer Lieferanten
- Vertretung der Einkaufsabteilung gegenüber internen und externen Partnern
- Verhandeln Sie unabhängig mit Lieferanten basierend auf Zielspezifikationen für gekaufte Teile und treffen Sie gemeinsame Entscheidungen mit internen Beschaffungskomitees nach Beschaffung, Shortlisting, Risikobewertung und Design-to-Cost-Aktivitäten, um den besten Lieferanten auszuwählen
- Identifizieren Sie Abweichungen oder Kostensparmöglichkeiten in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich und leiten Sie proaktiv Maßnahmen zur Kostenoptimierung ein

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Erarbeitung projektspezifischer Konfigurationen für globale CVM Einkaufsprojekte und Bereitstellung geeigneter Einkaufsapplikationen für die Projektteams
- Erstellung von Auswertungen und Analysen zur Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts
- Ausarbeitung vollständiger Angebotsunterlagen für externe Kunden zur Nutzung unserer SCM Systeme inklusive systemischer Dokumentation
- Verantwortung für die gesamte kommerzielle Verrechnung (Rechnungserstellung, Rechnungslegung, Mahnung) in enger Abstimmung mit der Kundenlieferantenbuchhaltung

- Bewertung von Fahrzeugen und Kalkulation fairer Preise
- Kommunikation mit Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail
- Marktanalyse und Preisgestaltung für wettbewerbsfähige Angebote
- Bearbeitung von 500–600 Anfragen pro Monat
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Verkauf, Disposition und Buchhaltung
