- Qualifizierung und Nachverfolgung von Leads aus Kampagnen, Events und digitalen Quellen
- Stammdatenpflege und Optimierung unserer CRMDatenbasis: vollständig, aktuell, strukturiert
- Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Übergabe qualifizierter Leads und beim Pipeline-Management
- Mitwirkung bei der Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebsprozessen
- Initiieren von Verbesserungen entlang der Customer Journey

- Further develop and maintain smaXtec's web and cloud system (using Docker/Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform)
- Preprocess, store and provide data for efficient analysis (using PostgreSQL, MQTT, Kafka, Redis) and visualization in our web and mobile application (using Firestore)
- Connect IoT devices all over the world (using LoRa and Chirpstack)
- Create and maintain metrics and alerts to improve system observability
