- Sicherstellung und laufende Weiterentwicklung einer hohen Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher und unternehmensinterner Standards
- Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Pflegeteams sowie Dienst- und Einsatzplanung
- Verantwortung für eine professionelle Pflegeprozessdokumentation und -evaluation
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und regelmäßiger Austausch mit Angehörigen, ÄrztInnen, TherapeutInnen sowie Ämtern und Behörden
- Förderung eines wertschätzenden und motivierenden Arbeitsumfelds im Team
- Mitwirkung bei der Einarbeitung, Förderung und fachlichen Entwicklung der MitarbeiterInnen
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitäts- und Hygienerichtlinien
- Sicherstellung einer effizienten Kommunikation zwischen Pflege, Verwaltung und Leitungsebene

Verantwortung für sämtliche Pflege- und Betreuungsprozesse Sicherstellung höchster Pflegequalität nach SeneCura Standard - die Selbstbestimmung und Würde der Bewohner:innen immer im Blick Leitung des Pflege- und Betreuungsteams sowie Bewerber:innenmanagement Laufende Evaluation der Pflegekennzahlen, des Pflege- und Betreuungsbedarfs sowie Optimierung der entsprechenden Angebote Verantwortung für rasches Feedback bei Anregungen und Beschwerden Kontakt für Netzwerkpartner und Ausbildungsstellen in der Region Belegungsmanagement und Mitwirken bei der Budgeterstellung Kontinuierliche Erweiterung der Kompetenzen im Rahmen von Fort- und Weiterbildungen
