Wer sind wir:
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung der laufenden Buchhaltung (Kreditoren, Debitoren, Mahnwesen, ..)
- Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen (in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatung und Vorstand)
- Mitarbeit bei HR- und Backofficeagenden
- Mitarbeit an internen Prozessoptimierungen und digitalen Workflows

HIER WERDEN SIE ARBEITEN:
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern wie Immobilienmaklern, Lieferanten und Facility-Management-Dienstleistern
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen sowie bei Budget- und Forecast-Planungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finance Controller
- Planung und Umsetzung von Konzepten zur Optimierung und Instandhaltung von Büroflächen
- Steuerung, Koordination und Qualitätsüberwachung der Facility-Management-Leistungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben sowie Initiierung von Maßnahmen zur Reduzierung des ökologischen Fußabdrucks
