Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben
- Übergreifende Gesamtverantwortung für das Projektcontrolling des gesamten Teams von Forschungsprojekten im Bereich elektronik- und softwarebasierten Systemen (ESBS)
- Operative Gesamtverantwortung für das Projektcontrolling der Research Division Sensor Systems in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitern (Planung, Forecast, Budgetierung, Kosten- und Ergebnisanalysen)
- Analyse von Abweichungen sowie Ableitung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen
- Führung, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung eines 3-köpfigen Teams am Standort Graz
- Sicherstellung eines professionellen und termingerechten Reportings an Management und Stakeholder
- Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen, Tools und Standards im Projektumfeld

- Ensuring that IT practices and systems in his/her responsibility comply with global standards as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Accountability for areas of the global IT’s frontend, including global service desk, demand management, and IT PMO including IT portfolio management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT internal and external stakeholders, executives, and other departments, to ensure that the IT strategy aligns with business goals. This includes accountability for IT Business Partners for business units and the group with a special focus on group functions such as Controlling, Finance, HR, Legal, R&D, and others.
- Act as interface between business and backend services, owning the communication and stakeholder matrix.
- Adhere to corporate IT governance frameworks, specifically following the COBIT processes, guidelines and architecture. All activities that guarantee the fulfilment of the SLA’s that have been confirmed by our customers.

- lernst du das Big Picture kennen. Du lernst Step by Step, wie E-Commerce funktioniert, von der ersten Idee bis zum Paket vor der Haustür.
- bist du mittendrin. Du lernst den direkten Kundenkontakt kennen, unterstützt bei der Produktdatenpflege sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produkte online perfekt präsentiert werden oder bereitest Newsletter vor. Du erfährst, was Kund:innen begeistert und wie du Kennzahlen (KPIs) richtig interpretierst.
- übernimmst du echte Verantwortung. Deine Arbeit hat direkten Einfluss auf unser Daily Business. „Beschäftigungstherapie“ gibts bei uns nicht.
- durchläufst du verschiedene Abteilungen. Du bleibst jeweils ca. 2 Monate in einer Abteilung. Du startest im Customer Care, um unsere Kund:innen, Abläufe und Produkte von Grund auf kennenzulernen. Danach wechselt du ins Shopmanagement, in die Logistik, den Einkauf, Finance und Performance Marketing.
