Deine Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für Finance & Controlling innerhalb der movec Gruppe
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen (nach UGB) in Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung und Konzerncontrolling
- Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts, Liquiditäts- und Finanzplänen
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines kleinen aber feinen Teams
- Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen und Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Laufende Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung mit Reportings, Finanzanalysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Monatliche Abstimmung der Bilanzkonten (Blackline)
- Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und -strukturen (inkl. Digitalisierungsthemen)
- AnsprechpartnerIn für Steuerberatung, Behörden (z. B. Finanzamt, ÖGK) sowie interne Stakeholder
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner Verwaltungs- und Finanzprozesse

Dein Verantwortungsbereich:
- Du übernimmst die Abwicklung von täglichen Zahlungen und überwachst die Bankkonten
- Du koordinierst die Finanzierung über Fremdbanken und hältst den Überblick über laufende Kreditlinien
- Du sorgst dafür, dass Verrechnungen mit Lieferanten reibungslos ablaufen
- Du bearbeitest Stornos, machst Gegenverrechnungen und kümmerst dich ums Cashbestandsmanagement
- Du bringst deine Genauigkeit bei Abstimmungen und Treasury-Übersichten ein
- Wenn du Interesse mitbringst, kannst du erste Controlling-Aufgaben übernehmen

- Prepare professional content and follow-up of documents and presentations for meetings, including to-do list and follow-up meetings (e.g. Supervisory Board).
- Proactively handle and supervise assigned projects (Project Management Office) in the area of the Member of the Executive Board.
- Identify and evaluate strategic options and provide recommendations for top management.
- Network with key stakeholders of the company and provide them with professional support.
- Prepare evaluations, reports, and respond to information requests.
