- Coordinate global product certification and recognition processes (e.g., UL) and act as the central interface to certification bodies
- Maintain, improve, and harmonize certification workflows and requirements across all AT&S sites
- Lead and support corporate quality processes including APQP, FMEA, PPAP, Process & Machine Qualification and SPC
- Ensure adherence to internal quality systems, external standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance and training on quality methodologies, tools and process standards
- Participate in gate reviews, identify risks and non‑conformities, and ensure structured lessons‑learned integration
- Support the development and implementation of digital quality tools (e.g., Qnect, OutSystems applications)

Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung vorzugsweise im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik o.ä. (HTL, FH, TU o.ä.)
- Mind. 4 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im LEAN Management
- Berufserfahrung im Anlagenbau sowie Six Sigma-Zertifizierung von Vorteil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Automatisierungstechnik, insb. Im Umgang mit SPS-Systemen (z.B. Siemens S7, Beckhoff, B&R)
- Erfahrung mit Visualisierungssystemen (HMI/SCADA)
- Gutes Verständnis Industrieller Kommunikationsprotokolle (z.B. Profinet, Profibus, OPC UA, Modbus)
- Kenntnisse in Sensorik und Aktorik sowie deren Integration in automatisierte Anlagen
- Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung von automatisierten Fertigungsanlagen erwünscht
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, SAP und MES-Systemen
- Erfahrung mit CAD-Systemen und Elektrodokumentation (z.B. EPLAN)
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
