Your core responsibilities are:
- Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of test, field, and sensor data across development and operation
- Develop machine learning models to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights on product performance and usage
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate data collection and analytics tools throughout the product lifecycle
- Apply statistical and AI methods to identify patterns, predict issues, and optimize performance
- Continuously improve analytics approaches using modern data science and AI technologies

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische und/oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HAK; HTL; FH; TU)
- Berufserfahrung im Datenmanagement erforderlich
- Kenntnisse im Lieferantenmanagement, idealerweise im Automotive-Bereich
- Projektmanagement-Erfahrung von Vorteil
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
- Stressresistente, ziel- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Konfliktlösungskompetenz

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Koordination und Abstimmung der Datenstreaming-Architektur und Kommunikationsprotokolle mit Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Abteilungen
- Anlayse der existierenden OT-Strukturen in der Fahrzeugfertigungsumgebung
- Design, Entwicklung und Realisierung von skalierbaren Datenstreaming-Lösungen der Produktionsanlagen
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Standards und Prozessvorgaben für OT
- Abstimmungen für das Datenstreaming mit dem verantwortlichen Projektteam bzw. Prozesse, Geschäftslogik für die entsprechenden Informationspakete/Payloads sowie deren Umsetzung mit der IoT-Middleware
- Betrieb und Wartung der IoT-Middleware Tools

- Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Überprüfung von Ladevorgängen, Berichten und Abrechnungen
- Prüfung und Nachverfolgung von Zahlungsvorgängen im neuen Auszahlungssystem
- Analyse, Dokumentation und Behebung von Systemfehlern bzw. Weiterleitung an die Fachabteilungen

- Design, operate, and monitor backup and recovery solutions for designated compliance systems
- Ensure data availability, integrity, and recoverability according to compliance requirements
- Manage enterprise storage platforms (SAN, NAS, object storage)
- Execute and document backup tests, disaster recovery tests, and restore procedures
- Enforce data retention, encryption, and access control policies
- Support audits and compliance checks related to data protection

- Develop and maintain the architectural landscape and roadmap aligned with strategic objectives
- Design high-level architecture solutions and manage architectural artefacts (diagrams, documentation, guidelines)
- Govern technology transitions, migrations, and decommissioning with defined paths and rollbacks
- Implement risk management for critical interfaces and end-of-life technologies
- Validate and approve architectural concepts for projects and new technologies
- Manage integration and API strategies, including middleware and contract governance

- Preprocess, store and provide data for efficient analysis (using PostgreSQL, MQTT, Kafka, Redis) and visualization in our web and mobile application (using Firestore)
- Connect IoT devices all over the world (using LoRa and Chirpstack)
- Create and maintain metrics and alerts to improve system observability
