- Data extraction and transformation: Connect to data sources (SAP FI/CO, BW, Data Fabric, Excel-based repositories), extract relevant data sets, and prepare them for analysis and reporting.
- Analytics & reporting: Build standardized reports and dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to support functional and management-level decision-making.
- Automation & scripting: Streamline and automate manual reporting tasks using Python, Power Query, or other tools to reduce effort and increase reliability.
- Be the data guardian: Regularly validate data quality, spot inconsistencies, and proactively address reporting issues before they become problems.
- Collaborate across the map: Work with mainly Functional Corporate Controllers as well as BU, and Plant levels - across multiple countries — to ensure a consistent and unified view of performance.
- Drive continuous improvement: Constantly look for ways to make our data landscape faster, smarter, and more resilient. Act as the first point of contact for data governance issues and reporting improvement initiatives.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Tätigkeiten innerhalb der abzuschließenden Entwicklungsvereinbarung mit Zielsetzungen in Forschung, Lehre und Verwaltung.
- Mitarbeit an den Forschungsvorhaben in der Forschungsgruppe Complex Social & Computational Systems (CS)² am IDea_Lab der Universität Graz.
- Management von großen Datensätzen für die Forschungsgruppe (CS)².
- Unterstützung der Mitglieder der Forschungsgruppe (CS)² bei der Entwicklung von Software für den Forschungsbetrieb.
- Management der High Performance Computing (HPC) Infrastruktur der Forschungsgruppe (CS)² in Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT Administrator.
- Konzeption und Durchführung von eigenständigen Forschungsvorhaben sowie Beantragung und Mitwirkung bei der Beantragung von Drittmitteln an der Schnittstelle zwischen Informatik und den Fachbereichen der Universität.
- Selbstständige Abhaltung von Lehre und (Mit-)Betreuung von wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten
- Vernetzung mit relevanten Stakeholdern und Unterstützung universitärer Forschungsprojekte, der Verwaltung sowie weiterer Akteur:innen (z.B. Spin-offs und Start-ups) bei der wissenschaftlichen Nutzung der HPC Infrastruktur und der Anwendung moderner Methoden aus den Bereichen Natural Language Processing und Machine Learning in enger Abstimmung mit dem AI- & Cloud-Manager.
- Mitarbeit an Organisations- und Verwaltungsaufgaben sowie an Evaluierungsmaßnahmen, insbesondere abgeleitet aus der universitätsweiten KI-Strategie und dem laufenden Forschungsdaten-Governance-Prozesses.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Forschungstätigkeiten zu accessible und intelligent Interactive Systems (z. B. inclusive interaction techniques, assistive/adaptive systems, recommender systems, explainable and fair interactive ML, information access).
- Design,Durchführung und Analyse von user, lab und field studies mit relevanten Zielgruppen;
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Ethik- und Datenschutzanforderungen.
- Implement von Forschungsprototypen und reproduzierbaren Data Science/ML Pipelines.
- Interdisziplinäre Kollaboration mit Forschenden z. B. aus Bildungs-, Gesundheits- und Sozialwissenschaften.
- (Co-)Betreuung von BSc/MSc und PhD Studierenden; Abhaltung von Lehrveranstaltungen.
- Mitarbeit an Forschungsanträgen und Projektkoordination; Teilnahme an open-science Aktivitäten (Code-/Daten, Preregistration).
- Aktive Mitarbeit am hochschulübergreifenden Research Center for Inclusive Education (FZIB).

Be part of our team!
- Independently manage and grow a portfolio of small business customers, overseeing the full L2O and O2C process.
- Execute and manage the end-to-end L2O process for assigned customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Act as the primary commercial contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting pricing, quotations, and customer communication
- Coordinate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update SAP master data (customer, material, pricing) and external customer tools (e.g., JIRA, ARIBA)
- Support commercial activities including price negotiations, credit checks, KPI tracking, and customer surveys
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, reporting insights, and proactively managing customer feedback and complaints
