Your Job responsibilities and tasks are:

- Consolidate and validate improvement measures and project benefits to ensure target realization and transparency toward senior management.
- Continuously evolve PMO tools and methodologies, leveraging best practices from consulting and transformation programs to raise program maturity.
- Promote a performance and learning culture – connecting global teams, sharing success stories, and embedding AT&S principles into the organization.
- Act as a strategic partner and challenger to senior leaders, ensuring clarity, pace, and focus in program execution.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and workshops to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable results.

- Lead, develop and train a production team of approximately 8 people with a strong improvement mindset
- Ensure stable, high‑yield, cost‑efficient and lean production processes
- Define, select and support suitable process tools and tooling for the HVM phase
- Contribute to equipment engineering topics and process documentation for all assigned tools
- Support production planning activities (PPC/IE, department‑specific PSV)
- Perform customer support, failure analysis and root cause investigations
- Manage suppliers related to process equipment (CapEx / OpEx)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction

- Lead and develop the production plating team in a continuous five‑shift operation
- Plan and steer production and staffing to meet output, quality, cost, and schedule targets
- Apply 6S and Lean principles to standardize processes and reduce work‑in‑progress
- Ensure full compliance with EHS, foreign material prevention and all personnel & product protection standards
- Support the introduction and optimization of the MES system
- Monitor KPIs, perform audits and initiate corrective actions when needed
- Maintain clear, consistent production documentation (e.g., shift handover checklists)
- Coordinate closely with internal partners regarding production status, maintenance requirements, and run rates
- Hiring production operators from diverse educational backgrounds and ensuring they receive effective, structured onboarding and technical training.
