- Continuously evolve PMO tools and methodologies, leveraging best practices from consulting and transformation programs to raise program maturity.
- Promote a performance and learning culture – connecting global teams, sharing success stories, and embedding AT&S principles into the organization.
- Act as a strategic partner and challenger to senior leaders, ensuring clarity, pace, and focus in program execution.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and workshops to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable results.
- Continuously evolve the transformation framework, embedding best practices, performance culture, and execution excellence across sites.

Your Responsibilities
- Independently analyze cost development and perform variance analyses using SAP, TM1, and MS Office tools
- Calculate and evaluate continuous and transformative improvement measures, including impact on future product costs
- Execute planning activities (budget, forecast, estimates) for defined plant areas
- Conduct cost center planning and determine allocation rates, supporting the annual budgeting process
- Perform monthly inventory valuation for work-in-progress and finished goods
- Act as a business partner to operations within the plant, providing financial insights and recommendations
- Prepare and track key performance indicators (e.g., quality costs, material KPIs, manufacturing performance)
- Ensure transparent reporting and proactively communicate financial performance to support management decisions

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Qualifizierung neuer Lieferanten im Rahmen von Sourcing-Projekten
- Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits (Supplier Assessments, VDA 6.3, PCPA, Run@Rate, Prozessaudits) zur Bewertung und Freigabe von Lieferantenprozessen
- Betreuung und Steuerung von APQP- und PPAP-Aktivitäten während der Entwicklungs- und Industrialisierungsphase
- Durchführung von Design Reviews, Machbarkeitsbewertungen und technischen Workshops gemeinsam mit Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen
- Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Serienanlaufphase durch Safe-Launch- und Q-Gate-Aktivitäten
- Überwachung und Bewertung der Qualitätsleistung von Lieferanten anhand relevanter Kennzahlen (PPM, Reklamationen, Cost of Poor Quality)
- Analyse von Qualitätsproblemen und Durchführung von Lieferanteneskalationen
- Verifizierung und Freigabe von 8D-Reports sowie nachhaltigen Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
- Unterstützung unserer Produktionsstandorte bei Qualitätsproblemen entlang der Lieferkette
- Koordination von Lieferantenänderungen und Qualitätsverbesserungsprojekten
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in Produktions- und Qualitätsprozessen unserer Lieferanten
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Technologie- und Qualitäts-Know-how im Bereich Elektrik und Elektronik
- Aktive Mitgestaltung von Lessons Learned, Standards und Best Practices innerhalb der SQD-Organisation
