Ihre Aufgaben:
- Tätigkeiten innerhalb der abzuschließenden Entwicklungsvereinbarung mit Zielsetzungen in Forschung, Lehre und Verwaltung.
- Mitarbeit an den Forschungsvorhaben in der Forschungsgruppe Complex Social & Computational Systems (CS)² am IDea_Lab der Universität Graz.
- Management von großen Datensätzen für die Forschungsgruppe (CS)².
- Unterstützung der Mitglieder der Forschungsgruppe (CS)² bei der Entwicklung von Software für den Forschungsbetrieb.
- Management der High Performance Computing (HPC) Infrastruktur der Forschungsgruppe (CS)² in Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT Administrator.
- Konzeption und Durchführung von eigenständigen Forschungsvorhaben sowie Beantragung und Mitwirkung bei der Beantragung von Drittmitteln an der Schnittstelle zwischen Informatik und den Fachbereichen der Universität.
- Selbstständige Abhaltung von Lehre und (Mit-)Betreuung von wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten
- Vernetzung mit relevanten Stakeholdern und Unterstützung universitärer Forschungsprojekte, der Verwaltung sowie weiterer Akteur:innen (z.B. Spin-offs und Start-ups) bei der wissenschaftlichen Nutzung der HPC Infrastruktur und der Anwendung moderner Methoden aus den Bereichen Natural Language Processing und Machine Learning in enger Abstimmung mit dem AI- & Cloud-Manager.
- Mitarbeit an Organisations- und Verwaltungsaufgaben sowie an Evaluierungsmaßnahmen, insbesondere abgeleitet aus der universitätsweiten KI-Strategie und dem laufenden Forschungsdaten-Governance-Prozesses.

- Collaborating closely with various departments, including Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement, to optimize equipment maintenance and minimize production downtime
- Introducing new technologies and methods for continuous improvement of maintenance processes and equipment performance
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, standards, and guidelines in maintenance and occupational safety

Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and schedule audits (internal and external)
- Coordinate with IT-departments and IT employees, including audit participants and external auditors
- Monitor and document audit findings and non-conformities, and report the status of non-conformities and corrective actions to IT management
- Prepare and train audit participants on audit expectations and procedures
- Collaborate closely with the Information Security team to align on audit requirements.

- Independently manage and grow a portfolio of small business customers, overseeing the full L2O and O2C process.
- Execute and manage the end-to-end L2O process for assigned customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Act as the primary commercial contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting pricing, quotations, and customer communication
- Coordinate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update SAP master data (customer, material, pricing) and external customer tools (e.g., JIRA, ARIBA)
- Support commercial activities including price negotiations, credit checks, KPI tracking, and customer surveys
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, reporting insights, and proactively managing customer feedback and complaints

- Leadership of shop floor planning ensuring balanced workload release to maintain flow and efficiency
