- Creation, modification and prioritization of sales and marketing plans, taking into account existing orders for the next 6 months and in consultation with the Supply Chain Engineer
- Implement allocation decisions in the case of production bottlenecks on the various production lines, including coordinating with Customer Logistics, Capacity Alignment Planner and Product Marketing
- Involvement and Monitoring of production schedule & plan adherence from FE and BE
- Management of excess inventories (incl. root-cause analysis & mitigation)
- Manage production requirements for the capacity groups including coordinating compliance with the capacity available to the respective division

Your Role
- Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using Apache Kafka and Python.
- Design scalable ETL pipelines for data ingestion and processing (BigQuery, modern data warehouse solutions).
- Collaborate with Data Analytics to integrate machine learning models.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure robust data governance (quality, security, compliance).
- Deploy and manage applications with Kubernetes (Google Kubernetes Engine) and Docker.

- Monitor and document audit findings and non-conformities, and report the status of non-conformities and corrective actions to IT management
- Prepare and train audit participants on audit expectations and procedures
- Collaborate closely with the Information Security team to align on audit requirements.

- Lead process development for technologies such as Desmear, E-less Cu plating, Acidic Clean-Pretreatment OR Laser drilling, Buildup Film Lamination.
- Screen, evaluate, specify, install, and qualify equipment for a group of processes, ensuring they meet budget, specifications, and timelines.
- Develop new processes and concepts in alignment with global R&D teams, AT&S plants, and R&D partners.
- Continuously improve processes, control standards, and exchange knowledge with other process specialists.
- Build expertise in substrate and packaging manufacturing, ensuring development meets the highest quality standards.
- Provide technical solutions for the implementation of AT&S innovation processes in collaboration with project leaders and engineers.
