Zur Verstärkung unseres erfolgreichen Process Utility Teams am Unternehmenssitz in Leoben suchen wir eine:n engagierte:n Process Utility Engineer (Anlagenversorgung)
- Technische Gesamtverantwortung für Aufbau, Inbetriebnahme und laufenden Betrieb der neuen Abwasseranlage – inklusive Schnittstellenkoordination, technischer Prüfungen und Begleitung des Ramp-Ups am Standort Leoben Hinterberg
- Fachliche Anleitung und Schulung der Produktionsmitarbeiter:innen – Sie machen die Teams fit für den sicheren, umweltgerechten Betrieb der neuen Technik und stellen sicher, dass Umweltstandards und Prozessparameter zuverlässig eingehalten werden
- Betreuung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Aeris-Kupferrecyclinganlage – Sie analysieren Fehlerquellen, sichern die Rückgewinnungsqualität und ermöglichen so einen effizienten Materialkreislauf
- Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Prozessführung – von smarter Messtechnik über Automatisierungsschritte bis hin zu präventiven Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen setzen Sie neue Standards
- Umsetzung konkreter Verbesserungsprojekte an bestehenden Abwasseranlagen – mit dem Ziel, Ressourcenverbrauch (Wasser, Chemie, Energie) und Abfallaufkommen messbar zu reduzieren
- Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen, praxisnaher Schulungsunterlagen und Qualifikationsmatrizen – für mehr Betriebssicherheit, Wissenssicherung und nachhaltige Kompetenz im Team
