- Individuelle Betreuung mit Sinn: Sie betreuen Patient:innen mit unterschiedlichen Formen der Demenz, die oft eine intensive Betreuung benötigen. Aber es geht hier nicht nur um die reine Pflege, sondern um das, was die Menschen ausmacht: Ihre Geschichten, ihre Bedürfnisse und ihr Wohlbefinden. Dabei übernehmen Sie pflegerische Kernkompetenzen, Kompetenzen bei medizinischer Diagnostik und Therapie laut GuKG.
- Pflegeausbildung in der Tasche? Sie haben die Pflege zu Ihrem Beruf gemacht und Ihre Ausbildung als Pflegefachassistent:in abgeschlossen? Wunderbar! – bei uns können Sie Ihre Fähigkeiten einbringen. Wenn Sie noch in der Ausbildung sind, unterstützen wir Sie auch gern bei einem Praktikum auf der Memory Klinik.
- Erfahrung in Demenzpflege und Validation? Perfekt, aber kein Muss. Wichtig ist vor allem Ihre Bereitschaft, sich auf unsere Patient:innen einzulassen und mit viel Empathie zu arbeiten!
