- Instandhaltung und Instandsetzung sowie Sicherstellung der Betriebssicherheit sämtlicher Energieversorgungsanlagen, Notbeleuchtung, Beleuchtung, USV-Systeme, Netzwerk- und Zutrittssysteme
- Wartungs- und Inspektionsarbeiten an den genannten Systemen
- Gewährleistung des optimalen Gebäude- und Anlagenzustandes rund um das Thema Stromversorgung
- Durchführen von Überprüfungen bei technischen Gewerken im Bereich Energieversorgung und Gebäudetechnik sowie genaue Dokumentation der Prüfergebnisse
- Einhalten der Prüfpflichten und Intervalle; Einleiten und Beheben von dokumentierten Maßnahmen, um einen sicheren und mangelfreien Anlagenzustand zu gewährleisten
- Durchführen von Schalthandlungen rund um die Mittelspannungs- und Niederspannungsanlagen am Standort
