Your future responsibilities
Coordinate administrative and technical project kick-offs and ensure effective communication with partners, EU institutions, funding agencies, and internal stakeholders together with the principal investigator and operations manager. Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, quality requirements, and contractual obligations. Develop and monitor internal project plans, schedules, and milestones and ensure alignment across internal teams and consortium partners. Manage contractual and compliance aspects with legal, financial, and technical stakeholders, ensuring adherence to IP, data protection, export control, and EU funding rules. Lead all reporting activities, preparing financial, technical, and administrative reports and ensuring timely submission of deliverables, meeting minutes, dissemination materials, and progress reports. Monitor project expenditures, support partners with financial processes, and ensure compliance with all funding and financial guidelines. Track project KPIs, risks, and issues and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project. Facilitate technical coordination to ensure milestones and work packages are delivered according to contractual commitments. Maintain efficient communication flows with consortium partners, EU officials, government bodies, research institutions, industry stakeholders, and external third parties. Maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with EU funding rules and audit requirements. Support multidisciplinary teams, foster collaboration, and contribute to the research unit’s strategic goals. Assist in partnership building and contribute to day-to-day operations and long-term impact-driven project outcomes.

Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL) oder abgeschlossene Lehre als ElektrotechnikerIn im Bereich Anlagen- und Betriebstechnik oder Erneuerbare Energien
- Berufserfahrung in der Elektrotechnik erforderlich (mind. 2 Jahre)
- Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Planung im Bereich Photovoltaik und E-Mobilität
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit MS Office und PV-Softwaresysteme (PV-Software)
- Hohe Lösungs-, Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Prozessverständnis, Selbständigkeit
- Bereitschaft, sich mit Engagement in neue Themenfelder der Energiewirtschaft einzuarbeiten und sich ständig weiterzuentwickeln

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Aktive Mitgestaltung der vorhandenen Schnittstellen -und Datenlandschaft sowie Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der damit verbundenen Werkzeuglandschaft
- Eigenständige Spezifikation, Konzeption, Umsetzung, Dokumentation und Inbetriebnahme von Schnittstellen
- Betreuung des laufenden Betriebs
- Fehlerbehebung bei laufenden Schnittstellen und der Toollandschaft inkl. Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Positionierung als verlässliche Ansprechperson für die Administration von Schnittstellenthemen in den Projekten

Your future responsibilities
- Acquisition of R&D projects for Embedded Systems with focus on Edge-AI / Embedded AI and RISC-V accelerator development (VLSI)
- Supporting the acquisition of R&D projects for other SAL divisions in collaboration with other business developers
- Researching strategic business opportunities and directions (incl. finding new markets)
- Co-developing the division’s research strategy with senior researchers – you will provide current trends and expected developments in industry, identifying opportunities and challenges
- Key accounting for premium partners
- Developing & shaping service offerings for contract research with the team
- Liaising with Marketing/PR and researchers for marketing campaigns, updates to the division’s website, planning conference visits and demonstrations
- Representing the division at events (internally, externally)
- Attending conferences, meetings, industry events
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
