Ihre Aufgaben:
- Koordinierung der Auftragsabwicklung
- Prozessverantwortung bei Projekten
- Prozessoptimierung bei Projektabwicklung und Produktgruppen
- Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Strategien
- Unterstützung des Sales Bereichs bei Offerten (mit System Engineering und Projektabwicklungserfahrungen)
- Laufendes Reporting von Abweichungen an den Sales Bereich (KVP)
- Kostenverantwortung bei Abwicklungsprojekten (Soll-Ist Vergleich und Abweichungsanalyse, Benchmarking)

Your tasks:
- Create, revise and approve inspection and procedural instructions
- Act as the point of contact for all NDT-related topics
- Take responsibility for qualification and certification processes within the NDT field
- Define appropriate inspection techniques (surface and volumetric testing)
- Plan and execute inspections based on contractual and applicable standard requirements
- Coordinate quality-related activities within the defined scope of responsibility, involving all relevant project stakeholders (customers, local quality organizations, suppliers, etc.)
- Plan and perform supplier inspections and acceptance tests
- Ensure that all project activities are implemented in accordance with quality requirements
- Prepare, review, and approve project-related quality documentations in the NDT area

Your Responsibilities
- Process development with focus on embedding topics in PCBs
- Independent parameter study and documentation of results
- Development of process parameters in compliance with AT&S processes, standards, and regulations to ensure efficient and high-quality outcomes
- Collaboration with cross-functional and international teams to exchange knowledge, support colleagues, and promote best practices across the organization
- Scout, evaluate, qualify, and monitor new equipment to ensure optimal performance and technological advancement within AT&S
- Handling high-tech equipment and electronic materials in accordance with all relevant safety standards and requirements
- Taking responsibility for small internal projects or work packages within strategic projects to achieve defined objectives and timelines
- Representing assigned tasks and project contributions to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability for results
- Supporting the protection of intellectual property by ensuring proper handling and documentation of innovations and technical solutions
- Fostering effective communication and cooperation across departments and sites to ensure timely execution of commitments
- Documenting experimental setups, parameters, and results in concise technical reports to ensure transparent and traceable research workflows

- Lead R&D process development across technologies like IC Substrates with glass core
- Screen, specify, install, and qualify new equipment and process technologies
- Set up, optimize, and qualify processes including DOE execution and parameter definition
- Develop new manufacturing concepts in alignment with global R&D teams, plants, and partners
- Evaluate and develop new and existing suppliers and equipment manufacturers
- Drive process control, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build advanced substrate and IC packaging manufacturing know‑how
- Provide technical solutions to ensure structured and efficient project execution

- Lead internal work packages, projects, and project teams in line with the AT&S Innovation Process (e.g. Stage Gate Process)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute technical requirements and equipment within assigned work packages
- Represent AT&S towards internal and external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, partners, business units, and funding agencies
- Identify, plan, and drive customer-related product development projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical execution
- Monitor and screen new technologies, processes, and products relevant to R&D
- Support the protection and further development of intellectual property (IP)
- Motivate, coordinate, and support national and international project teams to ensure successful outcomes

- Supervise and control the work so that work is done according to technical specifications and time schedule as well required quality is met
- Planning workloads, allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets
- Devising work schedules and implementing the works to meet deadlines and key milestones
- Supporting Site Managers with planning works to ensure their task do not conflict with other works
- Conducting regular worksite inspections to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards and ensure relevant standards are adhered to
- Advise and supervise directly employed staff and subcontractors
- Advise customers in installation matters
- Managing off deliveries or goods and materials required for the works
- Prepare site reports
- Attend site management meetings
