Develop in-house pricing expertise and establish comprehensive pricing documentation and processes -
Analyze, monitor, optimize, and restructure pricing and conditions by evaluating quotes and orders -
Monitor and adapt value drivers and price logic to match with pricing tools, and test existing tools regarding customer structure -
Develop predictive analyses like pricing models and forecasts, providing data-driven insights to support pricing decisions -
Develop pricing initiatives and projects, measuring their impact on profitability and loading -
Prepare and interpret pricing results and changes for management, including reporting on pricing developments -
Provide training to relevant teams on pricing strategies and tools -
Steer and control the creation of pricing reports in cooperation with controlling

- Strategische Analyse von Markt- und Kundentrends sowie Identifizierung von Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
- Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen mit einem klaren Fokus auf Strategie, Konzeptentwicklung und wirkungsvolle und Kommunikation
- Leitung von und aktive Mitarbeit in Business Development-Projekten - von der Entwicklung innovativer Value Propositions bis hin zur erfolgreichen Implementierung

- Anwendung von innovativen Value Proposition- und Business Design-Ansätzen
- Komplexe Inhalte zielgruppengerecht aufbereiten und überzeugende, visuell ansprechende Präsentationen für interne und externe Stakeholder erstellen
