- Erstellung und Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern bezüglich Produktionskonzepte (PT Bau/Serie)
- Sicherstellung der Production Readiness für den Musterbau
- Koordination sowie Unterstützung von PT Aufbauten
- Erstellung/Abstimmung von Arbeitsanweisungen sowie Layout- und Prozessplanung
- Koordination und Tracking der Beschaffung von PT Anlagen, Werkzeugen und Vorrichtungen (Lastenheft-/Spezifikationserstellung bis zur Abnahme/Übergabe)
- Bewertung von Konzepten sowie Änderungen (Kosten, Termine, Risken, etc)
- Monitoring und Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung (Kosten/Termine/Qualität) zu den Projektmeilensteinen
- Unterstützung im Serienanlauf sowie Problemlösung

- Use SAM to identify defects in prototype and R&D samples, correlate findings with other characterization results, and support next research steps.
- Collaborate with R&D and cross‑functional teams to integrate new technologies into production and assess technical risks.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends relevant to AT&S’s long‑term development strategy.
