- Konzeption und Durchführung von Lehrveranstaltungen in der Physiklehramtsausbildung (Physikdidaktik)
- Ausbau der Vernetzung mit Schulen, Hochschulen und der Schulverwaltung (am Standort, im Entwicklungsverbund Süd-Ost und national)
- Beteiligung bei der forschungsbasierten (Weiter-)entwicklung von Lehrveranstaltungsformaten und des Curriculums der Physiklehramtsausbildung im Rahmen der Pädagog:innenBildung
- Mitwirkung bei physikdidaktischen Entwicklungs- und Forschungsprojekten
- Mitarbeit bei Lehr-, Organisations- und Verwaltungsaufgaben und der Weiterentwicklung des Fachdidaktikzentrums Physik
- (Mit-)Betreuung und Koordination von Schüler:innenlaboren und Workshops
- Betreuung von einschlägigen Bachelorarbeiten und Mitbetreuung von Masterarbeiten
- Koordination und Abstimmung von Lehrveranstaltungsinhalten und -konzeptionen bei Parallelkurs an der PHStmk, Kommunikation/Koordination im Rahmen von Praktika

- Lead, develop and train a production team of approximately 8 people with a strong improvement mindset
- Ensure stable, high‑yield, cost‑efficient and lean production processes
- Define, select and support suitable process tools and tooling for the HVM phase
- Contribute to equipment engineering topics and process documentation for all assigned tools
- Support production planning activities (PPC/IE, department‑specific PSV)
- Perform customer support, failure analysis and root cause investigations
- Manage suppliers related to process equipment (CapEx / OpEx)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction

- Plan, manage, and track complexR&D projects with a strong technical focus
- Translate system requirements into clear, concrete technical specifications (e.g. PCB specifications), including manufacturing and material constraints
- Coordinate and manage a wide range of stakeholders (internal teams, external suppliers, and research partners) as a technically competent counterpart
- Challenge technical assumptions and proposals to ensure optimal solutions
- Ensure accountability, transparency, and traceability of technical decisions and their impact on project outcomes
- Support the technical advancement of processes, methods, and technologies within the organization
- Prepare presentations, decision papers, and information materials for management and stakeholders; create and maintain structured, high‑quality, value‑adding project documentation
- Represent your technical field toward internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external project partners to ensure clarity, alignment, and professional communication
- Contribute to system-level understanding by applying your technical experience, as a plus in the area optical-electronical systems

- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Vorschriften im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute technical requirements and equipment within assigned work packages
- Represent AT&S towards internal and external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, partners, business units, and funding agencies
- Identify, plan, and drive customer-related product development projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical execution
- Monitor and screen new technologies, processes, and products relevant to R&D
- Support the protection and further development of intellectual property (IP)
- Motivate, coordinate, and support national and international project teams to ensure successful outcomes
