Ihre Aufgaben:
- Eigenständige Forschung im Bereich Philosophie der Physik
- Konzeption, Ausarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung eines eigenständigen Forschungsprojekts im Bereich Philosophie der Physik
- Vorbereitung und Einreichung eines nationalen oder internationalen Drittmittelantrags, insbesondere bei FWF, EU oder vergleichbaren Förderinstitutionen
- Forschung zu Grundlagenproblemen der Quantenmechanik, relativistischen Quantenmechanik und/oder Quantenfeldtheorie
- Wissenschaftlicher Austausch und Mitarbeit im Umfeld des Arbeitsbereichs Klassische Phänomenologie, insbesondere im Kontext der Philosophie der Physik und Wissenschaftstheorie
- Beteiligung an der nationalen und internationalen wissenschaftlichen Vernetzung im Bereich Philosophie der Physik inkl. Teilnahme an und (Mit)Organisation von wissenschaftlichen Veranstaltungen
- Mitarbeit an Organisations- und Verwaltungsaufgaben des Arbeitsbereichs

- Lead, develop and train a production team of approximately 8 people with a strong improvement mindset
- Ensure stable, high‑yield, cost‑efficient and lean production processes
- Define, select and support suitable process tools and tooling for the HVM phase
- Contribute to equipment engineering topics and process documentation for all assigned tools
- Support production planning activities (PPC/IE, department‑specific PSV)
- Perform customer support, failure analysis and root cause investigations
- Manage suppliers related to process equipment (CapEx / OpEx)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction

- Plan, manage, and track complexR&D projects with a strong technical focus
- Translate system requirements into clear, concrete technical specifications (e.g. PCB specifications), including manufacturing and material constraints
- Coordinate and manage a wide range of stakeholders (internal teams, external suppliers, and research partners) as a technically competent counterpart
- Challenge technical assumptions and proposals to ensure optimal solutions
- Ensure accountability, transparency, and traceability of technical decisions and their impact on project outcomes
- Support the technical advancement of processes, methods, and technologies within the organization
- Prepare presentations, decision papers, and information materials for management and stakeholders; create and maintain structured, high‑quality, value‑adding project documentation
- Represent your technical field toward internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external project partners to ensure clarity, alignment, and professional communication
- Contribute to system-level understanding by applying your technical experience, as a plus in the area optical-electronical systems

- Durchführung von Zuverlässigkeitstests und Fehleranalysen an Materialien, IC-Substraten und Leiterplatten unter Einsatz moderner Laborgeräte
- Bewertung, Interpretation und Dokumentation der Messergebnisse nach Laborstandards
- Kalibrierung, Wartung und Pflege von Laborgeräten und Messinstrumenten
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Vorschriften im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen.

- Lead internal work packages, projects, and project teams in line with the AT&S Innovation Process (e.g. Stage Gate Process)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute technical requirements and equipment within assigned work packages
- Represent AT&S towards internal and external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, partners, business units, and funding agencies
- Identify, plan, and drive customer-related product development projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical execution
- Monitor and screen new technologies, processes, and products relevant to R&D
- Support the protection and further development of intellectual property (IP)
- Motivate, coordinate, and support national and international project teams to ensure successful outcomes

Einsatzort:
- Sie planen und führen Unterrichtsstunden gemäß dem Lehrplan für den externen Pflichtschulabschluss durch
- Sie unterrichten in einem vorgegebenen zeitlichen Rahmen in Theorie und Praxis
- Sie begleiten die Teilnehmer:innen in ihrer Entwicklung durch einen kompetenzorientierten Unterricht und dokumentieren bzw. analysieren Lernfortschritte
- Sie unterrichten 5-10 Stunden/Woche
- Sie unterrichten 1-2 Mal pro Woche (der Unterricht findet normalerweise Montag bis Freitag von 8 bis 13 Uhr statt)
- Sie nehmen an Fortbildungen im Ausmaß von 16 UE pro Jahr teil, um das eigene pädagogische Wissen und die Unterrichtsmethoden zu erweitern. Diese Fortbildungen werden vom bfi Steiermark finanziert.
