- Kontinuierliche Erweiterung der Kompetenzen im Rahmen von Fort- und Weiterbildungen

- Zubereitung frischer, ausgewogener und qualitativ hochwertiger Mahlzeiten unter Berücksichtigung der speziellen Ernährungsbedürfnisse unserer Bewohner:innen (z.B. Diäten, Schonkost)
- Unterstützung bei besonderen kulinarischen Veranstaltungen wie z.B.„Candle-Light-Dinner“,
- Mitwirkung bei der regelmäßigen Durchführung der Kontrollen und deren Dokumentation
- Mitverantwortung für die Einhaltung der HACCP-Vorgaben im Küchenbereich
- Mitwirkung bei der Führung eines ordnungsgemäßen Lagermanagements
