Ihre Aufgaben
- Eigenständige Umsetzung und Betreuung moderner Cisco-Netzwerklösungen (LAN und WLAN) in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung konzernalen Standards und Designrichtlinien im Bereich LAN und WLAN
- Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Überwachung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur
- Bearbeitung und Lösung von Störungen und Anforderungen im Rahmen des 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Supports
- Einhaltung definierter Service Level Agreements (SLAs) zur Gewährleistung einer hohen Servicequalität
- Mitarbeit an internationalen IT-Projekten im Bereich Netzwerk-Infrastruktur
- Mitwirkung beim Aufbau von Testumgebungen und Prototypen, zusätzlich zur laufenden Beratung und Implementierung neuer Lösungen
- Mitarbeit in der lokalen Rufbereitschaft in der Steiermark zur Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs
