Your Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of a robust production planning and control system ensuring alignment with corporate standards and production readiness

Your Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate international contracts (especially in Purchasing, Sales, and R&D) to optimize contractual frameworks and minimize legal and financial risks
- Set up, maintain, and continuously improve contract templates to safeguard company interests and limit liability
- Support the implementation and administration of contract lifecycle management (CLM) and other legal tech tools (e.g., e-signature solutions)
- Create and provide trainings on legal topics and the usage of legal tech tools to enhance internal legal understanding and contract handling
- Contribute to continuous improvements of CLM and related business processes
- Support internal stakeholders, including the Head of Legal and other departments, in international and local projects
- Provide general legal advice on corporate, commercial, and related matters to management and staff and support in handling of insurance claims
