Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate customer service-related topics for assigned customers
- Manage customer orders, demand requests, and delivery date confirmations throughout the order-to-cash process
- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of SAP master data, including customer, material, and pricing information
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and other internal departments to provide timely customer support
- Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
- Support KPI monitoring, reporting, and process optimization initiatives
- Resolve complex customer cases requiring cross-functional coordination and problem-solving
- Provide relevant customer and operational insights to support customer meetings and business decisions

- Identify and realize shopfloor performance improvement opportunities.
- Analyze bottlenecks, process flows, WIP, and resource utilization to increase efficiency.
- Implement and standardize Industrial Engineering methods, tools, and governance across sites.
- Develop and improve capacity, resource, and workforce planning models.
- Establish and maintain accurate production master data and planning parameters.
- Drive productivity, throughput, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Embed IE standards into planning, operations, and performance management processes.
- Support plant ramp-up, expansion, and transformation projects.
- Coach and support plant teams in Industrial Engineering best practices.
- Promote cross-site collaboration and knowledge sharing between Austria and India.

Your Responsibilities
- Analyze production volumes, schedules, and capacity utilization to ensure alignment with planning targets.
- Monitor production performance and initiate corrective measures in case of deviations.
- Develop recommendations to balance capacities, including additional or reduced shift requirements.
- Coordinate production priorities and sequencing to support on-time delivery performance.
- Optimize material flow, throughput, and work-in-progress (WIP) across production areas.
- Provide planning-related information and maintain capacity-relevant master data.
- Coordinate offload activities with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate potential delivery delays proactively and escalate critical issues when necessary.
