Sie unterstützen unser Pflegeteam entsprechend Ihres Kompetenzbereichs in der Grundpflege und bei allen Pflegeinterventionen wie Verbandswechseln, Blutabnahmen, Assessment, Medikamenten- und Schmerzmanagement.

- Medizinische Pflege von Menschen mit geistiger oder Mehrfachbehinderung

- Ansprechperson bei medizinischen und pflegerischen Fragen sowie bei Arztvisiten

Du bist zuständig für:
- Ansprechpartner für Angehörige, Ärzten und Behörden
- Durchführung pflegerischer Maßnahmen
- Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen nach ärztlichen Vorgaben
- Kontrolle der Medikamentengabe

Beschäftigungsbeginn:
- Abgeschlossener Ausbildung zum Pflegefachassistent
- Durchführung einer ganzheitlichen Pflege, die sich an den persönlichen, physischen und psychischen Grundbedürfnissen der Patienten orientiert
- Neugier und Flexibilität in einem abwechslungsreichen Umfeld
- Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft,
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Konfliktfähigkeit

Was macht uns aus
- Pflege und Überwachung von Patient*innen im Alter von 0 bis 18 Jahren mit lebensbedrohlichen bzw. potentiell lebensbedrohlichen Erkrankungen, nach Unfällen und umfassenden chirurgischen Eingriffen
- Pflege und Betreuung von Patient*innen nach operativen Eingriffen im jeweiligen Fachgebiet
- Assistenz/ Mitwirkung und fachgerechte Bedienung modernster Geräte zur Diagnostik und Therapie
- Enge Zusammenarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team
