- Coordinate internal reviews of customer specifications and facilitate issue resolution, including claims and 8D processes
- Assist in organizing customer audits and visits, ensuring smooth communication and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, NPI, QE, Laboratory) to align quality standards across all product life stages

Conduct quality reporting to support daily operations and drive continuous improvement -
Authorize machine releases and oversee process-related quality topics to ensure complience -
Support in periodic line audits and contribute to audits and quality-related procedures

- Develop, optimize, and characterize manufacturing processes in your area of expertise (e.g., lithography, mechanical, plating, backend).
- Specify and qualify new equipment and tooling, including supplier evaluation.
- Ensure process stability through statistical process control (SPC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in daily operations.
- Support new product introduction and technology ramp-up.
