YOUR TASKS
- Analyse, Konzeption und Implementierung vielseitiger SAP-Projekte – inklusive nationaler und internationaler Rollouts im Umfeld der SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Systemlandschaft mit Schwerpunkt Finance und enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und IT
- Dokumentation und Durchführung von Integrationstests sowie eigenständige Umsetzung von Change Requests
- Zentrale Rolle bei der standortübergreifenden Harmonisierung von Prozessen und Systemen im Finance-Umfeld
- Eigenständiges Customizing der Finance-Prozesse in der SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

- Zentrale Ansprechperson für IT-Security innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe: Entwicklung von Sicherheitsstrategien, Risikobewertung und Begleitung der Implementierung von Sicherheitstechnologien
- Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten Sicherheitsstandards sowie operative Umsetzung mit den IT-Teams
- Steuerung von Tools zur Dokumentationspflege, Darknet-Monitoring, Client Protection und Systemüberwachung
- Identifikation, Analyse und strukturierte Bearbeitung von Security Incidents
- Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerksicherheit mit Fokus auf Firewall- und Zugriffskontrollsysteme
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Übernahme der fachlichen Steuerung in IT-Sicherheitsprojekten
- Durchführung von Security-Trainings sowie Betreuung des E-Learnings

- Execute and support mechanical, thermal, and thermo mechanical finite element simulations based on established AT&S methods
- Build, update, and maintain simulation models according to internal guidelines, standards, and procedures
- Perform pre‑processing and post‑processing in multi‑physics simulation software
- Contribute to validation, quality‑oriented documentation, and continuous improvement of simulation methods and processes
- Identify improvement potential in simulation workflows, procedures, and development topics
- Collaborate in cross functional and international teams and promote best practices
- Develop understanding of material modeling, design, and process impacts on simulation results
- Support strategic and customer‑related projects in task definition, documentation, and coordination

- Support the implementation of customer-defined quality requirements in production
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation (e.g., Certificates of Conformance, inspection and reliability specs) and assist in customer approvals
- Coordinate internal reviews of customer specifications and facilitate issue resolution, including claims and 8D processes
- Assist in organizing customer audits and visits, ensuring smooth communication and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, NPI, QE, Laboratory) to align quality standards across all product life stages

- Lead internal work packages, projects, and project teams in line with the AT&S Innovation Process (e.g. Stage Gate Process)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute technical requirements and equipment within assigned work packages
- Represent AT&S towards internal and external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, partners, business units, and funding agencies
- Identify, plan, and drive customer-related product development projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical execution
- Monitor and screen new technologies, processes, and products relevant to R&D
- Support the protection and further development of intellectual property (IP)
- Motivate, coordinate, and support national and international project teams to ensure successful outcomes
