- Shape the future of production stability by supporting smart maintenance strategies – gathering machine data and translating it into actionable improvements

Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate office operations, including mail handling, meeting room preparation, and office supply management
- Organize international travel and support visa processes, including document collection and communication with agencies
- Support onboarding activities and act as a central contact for employees and students
- Coordinate visits, line tours, and interactions with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain administrative documentation such as the organizational chart and internal requests (e.g., BANF)

YourResponsibilities
- Develop, characterize, and optimize IC substrate manufacturing processes within your area of expertise.
- Define process requirements, evaluate suppliers, and qualify manufacturing equipment and tooling.
- Monitor process performance using statistical process control (SPC) and drive process stability improvements.
- Investigate and resolve process-related issues to ensure high yield, quality, and throughput.
- Design and execute experiments (DoE) to improve process capability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Support new product introductions and the successful ramp-up into high-volume manufacturing.
- Create and maintain process documentation while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams, mentor junior colleagues, and support internal and external audits.
